Minisitiri w’Ubuzima, Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana yongeye gukangurira abantu gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri, agaragaza iyo bakora kugira ngo bagabanye ibyago kugeza kuri 40% byo gupfa imburagihe.

Dr. Sabin ukunze gutanga ubutumwa bwagirira akamaro Abanyarwanda byumwihariko ku buzima n’imibereho yabo, yatangaje ko kuba nibura umuntu yakora imyitozo ngororamubiri mu minota iri hagati ya 30’ na 60’ byongerera umuntu igihe cyo kubaho.

Yagize ati “Nibura iminota iri hagati ya 30 na 60 ku munsi y’imyitozo nko kugenda n’amaguru, kunyonga igare cyangwa kwiruka, bishobora kugabanya ibyago byo gupfa imburagije kugeza kuri 40%.”

Dr. Sabin yakomeje agaragaza kandi nibuga umuntu agize akamenyero ko gukora izi siporo mu minota iri hagati ya 15’ na 30’ buri munsi, na byo bigabanya ibyago byo gupfa ku kigero cya 20%, mu gihe mu gihe kiri hagati y’iminota 45’ na 60’ byo bibigabanya ku kigero cya 40%.

Ati “Nubwo wakora imyitozo micye, ni byisa kurusha kudakora na mba. Kubungabunga ubuzima bwawe bwa buri munsi, nibura gerageza gukoresha umubiri wawe ugende.”

Iyi nzobere mu bijyanye n’ubuzima bwa muntu kandi, muri ubu butumwa buburira Abaturarwanda, muri Nyakanga uyu mwaka na bwo yari yasabye abantu bakora akazi kabasaba kwicara cyane, kumenya ko bigira ingaruka ku mubiri wabo, aho yagaragaje ko ingaruka zabyo ntaho zitaniye n’izo kunywa itabi.

Icyo gihe yavuze ko kwicara cyane byongera ibyago bya 35% byo kurwara indwara z’umutima ndetse na 14% by’indwara yo guturika k’uudutsi duto tw’ubwonko, bikanakuba kabiri ibyago byo kurwara indwara y’igisukari (diabetes).

Dr. Sabin na bwo yari yagiriye inama abantu ko batagomba kurenza isaha bicaye, ahubwo ko umuntu aramutse amaze iminota 60’, akwiye guhaguruka akanyagambura umubiri we.
