Inzego z’umutekano z’u Rwanda zashimiwe umusanzu mu kwimakaza umutekano ntizitinye n’aho rukomeye

Mu muhango wo kwambika imidali y’ishimwe Abapolisi b’u Rwanda 425 bari mu butumwa bw’amahoro bw’Umuryango w’Abibumbye muri Sudani y’Epfo no muri Centrafrique, uhagararariye uyu Muryango yashimiye u Rwanda ku musanzu rutanga mu kwimakaza amahoro n’umutekano, kabone n’aho bisaba gukorera mu bihe bikomeye.

Ni igikorwa cyabaye kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 20 Werurwe 2024, mu bice birandukanye, birimo icyabereye mu Mujyi wa Malakal wo mu Ntara ya Upper Nile iherereye mu Majyaruguru ya Sudani y’Epfo, ahari ikigo cy’umutwe wa Polisi y’u Rwanda RWAFPU I-8.

Ni mu gihe umuhango wabereye muri Centrafrique, wo wabereye mu kigo gikoreramo umutwe wa RWAFPU2-8 kiri mu gace ka Kaga-Bandoro ko mu Ntara ya Nana Gribizi.

Paul Adejoh Ebikwo, uhagarariye umuryango w’Abibumbye muri Sudani y’Epfo yashimiye Guverinoma y’u Rwanda ku musanzu ukomeje gutangwa mu bikorwa byo kongera kwiyubaka no kubungabunga amahoro muri Sudani y’Epfo.

Yagize ati “Twishimira kuba u Rwanda ruza ku murongo w’imbere mu kwimakaza amahoro n’umutekano kandi uruhare rwanyu hano Malakal ni indashyikirwa mu kazi mukora mutiganda ko gusigasira umutekano n’ituze rusange n’iyo bisaba gukorera mu bihe bikomeye.”

CP Felly Bahizi Rutagerura, ushinzwe ibikorwa by’Ishami rya Polisi y’Umuryango w’Abibumbye (UNPOL), na we yashimiye itsinda RWAFPU1-8, ku muhate wabaranze mu kuzuza inshingano zabo, byatumye bagenerwa imidali nk’ikimenyetso cy’ubwitange n’ubushake mu guharanira amahoro n’umutekano banakorana neza n’abandi bakozi b’umuryango w’Abibumbye.

Naho mu muhango wabereye muri Centrafrique, CP Makemeza Ndongfack Jeanne D’Arc, wari uhagarariye Umuyobozi w’Ishami rya Polisi y’Umuryango w’Abibumbye muri iki Gihugu, yashimiye abapolisi b’u Rwanda bambitswe imidali ku bwitange n’umurava byabaranze mu kazi ko kurinda abaturage b’abasivili no gucunga umutekano wo mu gace ka Kaga Bandoro n’Igihugu muri rusange.

CP Makemeza kandi yashimiye ubuyobozi bw’u Rwanda ku murongo mwiza butanga n’umusanzu warwo mu bikorwa byo kubungabunga amahoro hirya no hino ku Isi bituma inzego z’umutekano z’u Rwanda zigirirwa icyizere mu baturage.

CSP Jean Bosco Rudasingwa uyobora umutwe w’abapolisi RWAFPU2-8, yashimiye ubuyobozi bw’umuryango w’Abibumbye, inzego z’umutekano n’abaturage ba Centrafrique ku mikoranire myiza babagaragarije yatumye babasha kuzuza inshingano zabo neza.

Kugeza ubu, u Rwanda ruhafite amatsinda 6 y’Abapolisi; arimo ane abarizwa muri Centrafrique n’abiri muri Sudani y’Epfo, aho yose hamwe agizwe n’abasaga 1 030 hakaba n’abadakorera mu matsinda (IPOs) barenga 90.
