Abantu bane barimo Abapadiri babiri basanzwe ari abakozi ba Seminari Nto ya Zaza yyo mu Karere ka Ngoma, bari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha, nyuma y’uko umwe mu banyeshuri biga muri iri shuri apfuye kubera gukubitwa na bagenzi be.

Abatawe muri yombi barimo Umukozi ushinzwe Imyitwarire y’Abanyeshuri muri Petit Seminaire Zaza, Padiri Mbonigaba Jean Bosco, na Padiri Nkomejegusaba Alexandre, ushinzwe Umutungo muri iri shuri.

Barimo kandi Murenzi Armel w’imyaka 18 na mugenzi we Tuyizere Egide w’imyaka 20, ubu bose bacumbikiwe kuri Sitasiyo ya RIB ya Zaza mu Murenge wa Zaza.

Yavuze ko aba bantu uko ari bane bakurikiranyweho ibyaha bibiri, ari byo; icyo gukubita cyangwa gukomeretsa ku bushake byateye urupfu ndetse n’icyaha cyo kwirengagiza gutabara umuntu uri mu kaga.

Kimwe muri ibi byaha ari cyo cyo gukubita no gukomeretsa ku bushake byateye urupfu, gikurikiranywe kuri aba banyeshuri babiri, mu mu gihe aba Bapadiri babiri basanzwe ari abakozi ba ririya shuri, bo bakurikiranyweho icyaha cyo kwirengagiza gutabara umuntu uri mu kaga.

Dr Murangira avuga ko aba bayobozi b’Ishuri bamenyeshejwe iby’uru rugomo rwari rwakorewe umunyeshuri wari wakubiswe na bagenzi be, bakabwirwa ko amerewe nabi ari kuribwa mu nda, ariko bakanga gutanga imodoka ngo imujyane kwa muganga, ahubwo bakavuga ko ari ibyo ari kwigira.

Yagize ati “Abafashwe bafungiye kuri Sitasiyo ya RIB ya Zaza, n’umurambo ukaba woherejwe muri Laboratwari kugira ngo ukorerwe isuzuma, mu gihe dosiye yabo yatangiye gukorwa kugira ngo izashyikirizwe Ubushinjacyaha.”

 

IBIHANO BASHOBORA KUZAHANISHWA

Aba banyeshuri baramutse bahamijwe icyaha cyo gukubita cyangwa gukomeretsa byateye urupfu, bahanishwa igifungo kuva ku myaka 15 ariko kitarenze imyaka 20 n’ihazabu y’amafaranga kuva kuri 5 000 000 Frw ariko atarenze 7 000 000 Frw nk’uko biteganywa n’ingingo ya 121 y’Itegeko riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange, cyane cyane mu gika cyayo cya gatandatu.

Naho abapadiri bakurikiranyweho icyaha cyo kwirengagiza gutabara umuntu uri mu kaga, bo baramutse bagihamijwe; bahanishwa igifungo kuva ku mwaka umwe ariko kitarenze imyaka itatu n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda kuva ku bihumbi 300 Frw ariko atarenze ibihumbi 500 Frw nk’uko biteganywa n’ingingo ya 244 y’iri tegeko ritegenya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
