Imihanda yerecyeza ahantu hatatu mu Mujyi wa Kigali, bigiye kujya bihabwa umwihariko wo kunyurwamo n’imodoka zitwara abagenzi mu buryo bwa rusange mu masaha azagenwa, mu rwego rwo kugabanya umuvundo w’imodoka ukunze kugaragara muri Kigali no korohereza abagenzi batega iza rusange.

Ati “Iyi ni mihanda ishobora gufasha abantu baturuka mu bice bya Kibagabaga, Kimironko na Remera, mu gihe baba bajya mu mujyi rwagati, batarinze gukoresha imihanda mikuru.”

Yavuze ko undi muhanda uzafasha kugabanya umuvundo w’imodoka, ari umuhanda uri inyuma ya Sports View Hotel uteganye na Sitade Amahoro ugakomeza ahazwi nka Kagara, ugakomeza ku Bitaro bizwi nka Baho ndetse na Nyarutarama.

Ati “Uyu muhanda ushobora kugabanya umuvundo w’imodoka kuko abantu bashobora kuwukoresha aho gukoresha uwa Gishushu.”

Nanone kandi umuhanda wubatswe uturuka Kabeza, Mu Itunda ugakomeza Busanza, na wo uzatanga igisubizo ku kibazo cy’umuvundo.

Ati “Uyu muhanda ushobora gukoreshwa n’abantu ba Kanombe bajya Busanza, Kabeza, Niboyi, Kicukiro, Sonatube bagakomeza mu Mujyi batiriwe banyura mu Giporoso.”
