Imyanzuro y’inama y’abaminisitiri ku ngamba nshya zo kwirinda COVID-19, amasaha yo kuba abatuye mu mujyi wa Kigali basabwa kuzajya baba bageze mu ngo zabo bitarenze saa tanu z’ijoro (23h00’) mu gihe ibikorwa byose bizajya bifunga saa yine zuzuye (22h00’). Abantu bemerewe kongera kuva mu ngo zabo guhera saa kumi z’igitondo.

Nyuma y’uko mu mujyi wa Kigali abantu bazajya basabwa kuba bari mu ngo zabo guhera saa tanu (23h00’), ibindi bice by’igihugu bazajya basabwa kuba bari aho baba guhera saa yine z’ijoro (22h00’) mu gihe ibikorwa bizajya bisabwa gufunga saa tatu (21h00’).

Gusa uturere twa Gicumbi, Karongi, Kirehe, Ngoma na Nyagatare dufite imibare y’abandura COVID-19 iri hejuru kurusha ahandi, ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa mbiri z’ijoro (20h00’) kugeza saa kumi za mu gitondo (4h00’). Ibikorwa byose byo muri utu turere bizajya bifunga saa moya z’umugoroba (19h00’).

Undi mwanzuro mushya mu yafashwe muri iyi nama y’abaminisitiri n’uko utubari tuzafungura mu byiciro gusa amabwiriza arambuye y’uburyo bizakorwamo azatangwa na Minisiteri ishinzwe ubucuruzi ifatanyije n’ikigo cy’igihugu gishinzwe itera mbere (RDB).

Abaturage bose barongera kwibutswa ko ari ngombwa kubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19 harimo; gusiga intera hagati y’umuntu n’undi, kwambara neza agapfukamwunwa no gukaraba intoki. Utabyubahirije azajya afatirwa ibihano.
