Ngoma: Uw’umuranduranzuzi watumye umugabo atemagura ibitoki nyuma yo kubura umugore we yashakaga gutema

Umugabo wo mu Murenge wa Rukumberi mu karere ka Ngoma usanzwe afitanye amakimbira n’umugore we, ari mu maboko ya RIB akurikiranyweho gushaka gutema umugore we akamubura ubundi akadukira ibitoki bye, akabitemagura kubera umujinya.

Uyu mugabo ubu ucumbikiwe kuri station ya RIB ya Rukumberi, aho akurikiranyweho ibi bikorwa yakoze kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 09 Werurwe 2022.

Amakuru aturuka mu baturanyi, avuga ko uyu mugabo w’imyaka 32 asanzwe afitanye amakimbirane n’umugore we ndetse ko inzego zari zarabyinjiyemo zirimo na RIB.

Umugore w’uyu mugabo ubu uri mu maboko y’inzego z’ubutabera, yari yaguze ibitoki 28 kuko asanzwe abicuruza, ubundi umugabo we we aho aziye baratongana rubura gica.

Umugabo ngo yahisemo kujya kuzana umuhoro ngo ateme umugore we ariko undi akizwa n’amaguru aho ahinduriye aramubura, ariko iby’umujinya biramwangira ahitamo gutemagura ibyo bitoki.

Buhiga Josue uyobora Umurenge wa Rukumberi, yemeye ko ibi byabaye avuga ko uyu mugabo yari ugambiriye gutema umugore ariko yaza akamubura.

Ati “Yavuze kuzana umuhoro amubuze atemagura bya bitoki byose ku bw’amahirwe inzego z’umutekano ziratabara ziramufata.”

Uyu muyobozi avuga ko ubwo inzego zatabaraga ngo zigerageza gucururutsa uyu mugabo, yanze kuva ku izima ahubwo ashaka kongera gutema umugore we ariko barakomakoma ari na bwo yahitaga ajyanwa kuri RIB.
