Nyuma y’amezi icyenda Minisitiri w’ibikorwa Remezo yemereye Perezida Paul Kagame ko ikibazo cy’ubwishingizi bwa moto buhanitse kizakemuka mu mezi abiri, abatwara abagenzi kuri ibi binyabiziga, baravuga ko aho gukemuka ahubwo hiyongereyeho n’ibindi bibazo.

Iki kibazo cyagarutsweho muri Kanama umwaka ushize wa 2022 ubwo Perezida Paul Kagame yasuraga Intara y’Amajyepfo, umwe mu batwara abagenzi kuri moto, akamugeza uruhuri rw’ibibazo bafite mu kazi kabo.

Icyo gihe Bizimana Pierre wavuganaga ikiniga, yagize ati “Nk’umuntu ukora uwo mwuga, dufite ikibazo cy’ubwishingizi buhenze cyane ku buryo moto yanjye nyishyurira ubwishingizi bw’ibihumbi 165Frw. Tukishyura ibintu bitandukanye, umusoro ku nyungu, tukishyura byinshi. Turabasaba kugira ngo ikibazo cyacu kibe icyanyu mukidukurikiranire.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yabajije Minisitiri w’Ibikorwa Remezo, Dr Erneste Nsabimana, icyo avuga kuri iki kibazo, atanga icyizere cyatumye abamotari icyo gihe bararana akanyamuneza.

Dr Erneste Nsabimana yagize ati “Icyo kibazo ni cyo ariko inzego zirimo kugikurikirana, ku buryo twamwizeza ko mu gihe gito. Mu gihe kitarenze amezi abiri kiraba cyakemutse.”

Amezi icyenda (9) arashize, Minisitiri Nsabimana atangaje ibi, ariko iki kibazo kiracyahari nk’uko bitangazwa na bamwe mu batwara abagenzi kuri moto mu Mujyi wa Kigali.

Umwe yagize ati “Ibaze umwaka ugitangira, ubwishingizi kuri moto yari ibihumbi 160, ariko ubu ni ibihumbi 200 birenga.”

Aba bamotari bavuga kandi ko uretse iki kibazo cy’ubwishingizi bwa moto buhanitse, hagiye hiyongeramo n’ibindi bibazo, bituma bakorera mu bihombo.

Undi yagize ati “Usibye n’ubwishingizi, n’ibindi bisabwa kugira ngo moto ijye mu muhanda byarahenze, ibyuma byazo bisigaye byurira buri munsi, wakongeraho amafaranga Abapolisi batwandikira ugasanga umuntu no kubona ayo kurya ni ikibazo. Ubwo rero umugenzi we ntushobora kumubwira ko uhomba ngo abyumve, ni yo mpamvu tumuca amafaranga tugendeye uko ibintu bihagaze.”

Ibi kandi bigira ingaruka ku batega moto mu Mujyi wa Kigali, bavuga ko ibiciro byazamuwe, kandi ko bumva ko ibiciro by’ibikomoka kuri Peteroli byamanutse.

Litiro ya Lisansi yaguraga 1 609 Frw mu mezi atandatu ashzie, ubu iragura 1 517 Frw, naho mazutu yaguraga 1607 Frw, ubu iragura 1 492 Frw.

Umwe mu bakunze gutega moto, yagize ati “Nk’ubu mbere kuva hano Nyanza ya Kicukiro ujya mu Mujyi, yari amafaranga 1 500 Frw, none n’ubu ni yo tugitanga. Abamotari ibyo gukatura ntibabikozwa kandi ubundi ni ko byakabaye bigenda.”

Abamotari ni bamwe mu bakunze kugaragaza ko bafite ibibazo bibabangamira mu kazi kabo, birimo iki cy’ubwishingizi, ndetse n’ikibazo cya mubazi kigeze kuvugisha benshi, bavugaga ko nta nyungu zibafitiye, ahubwo ko bakatwa amafaranga ajya aho batazi atazanagira uburyo bundi azabagarukiramo.
