Perezida Paul Kagame avuga ko u Rwanda rushobora kwihanganira kunengwa no kuvugwa nabi uko byaba bingana kose nubwo byinshi biba bidafite ishingiro, ariko ko rudashobora kwihanganira icyahungabanya umutekano w’Abanyarwanda

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yabitangaje mu ijambo ryinjiza Abanyarwanda mu mwaka wa 2024, ryatambutse mu ijoro ryacyeye kuri uyu wa 31 Ukuboza 2023.

Perezida Paul Kagame yatangiye yibutsa Abanyarwanda ibyiza bagezeho muri uyu mwaka basoje, byagize uruhare mu iterambere ry’Igihugu birimo ibikorwa by’imyidagaduro ndetse n’ibya siporo byagize uruhare mu kuzanira amahirwe Abanyarwanda.

Muri ibyo bikorwa, harimo inama mpuzamahanga nka Women Delivery, iserukiramuco cya Giants of Africa, irushanwa rya Basketball rya BAL ndetse n’ibitaramo bya Global Citizen.

Yagize ati “Kwakira ibi birori, bitanga amafaranga n’akazi mu Banyarwanda, bigateza Igihugu imbere.”

Yanagarutse kandi ku bikorwa byagezweho bikomeye nko gutangiza Ikigo IRCAD, ndetse n’uruganda rw’inkingo n’imiti rwa BioNTech.

Yavuze ko ibi byose bigerwaho kubera icyizere u Rwanda rwifitiye ndetse n’abafaranyabikorwa bakabona aho bahera bakirugirira, aboneraho kandi gushimira buri Munyarwanda ko bose bagenda bagira uruhare mu byo Igihugu kigeraho.

Gusa nanone yavuze ko muri uyu mwaka wa 2023, habayeho ibibazo birimo imyuzure yibasiye Intara y’Iburengerazuba yahitanye ubuzima bwa bamwe mu Banyarwanda.

Ati “Ndagira ngo mbabwire ko dushobora kwihanganira kunengwa no kuvugwa nabi uko byaba bingana kose nubwo akenshi biba bidafite ishingiro. Twe tuzakomeza gukora ibikenewe kugira ngo Abanyarwanda bahore batekanye uko byagenda kose.”

Igihugu cya Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo ndetse n’abayobozi bacyo guhera kuri Perezida Felix Tshisekedi, bakunze kuvuga kenshi ko bifuza gutera u Rwanda, ndetse akaba aherutse kubisubiramo ubwo yiyamamarizaga kongera kuyobora iki Gihugu, akanavuga amagambo atari meza ku Rwanda no ku Mukuru warwo.

Muri ubu butumwa bwa Perezida Kagame bwifuriza umwaka mwiza Abanyarwanda, ntiyagarutse ku byakunze gutangazwa na mugenzi we Tshisekedi, gusa yizeje Abanyarwanda ko nubwo hari abakomeje kwifuza kubahungabanyiriza umutekano, ariko ko u Rwanda ruzakora ibishoboka byose ruhangane na bo.

Yavuze kandi ko u Rwanda ruzakomeza gutanga umusanzu mu kugarura amahoro no kuyabungabunga mu Bihugu by’ibivandimwe bya Afurika bizifuza ko rubifasha.

Nk’uko Umukuru w’u Rwanda akunze kubyitsa Abanyarwanda, yongeye kubabwira ko ahabi bavuye, ari urugero rwiza rwo kudacika intege, ndetse ko nta heza batagera.

Ati “Iyo twibutse aho twavuye n’uko twari tubayeho, dusanga nta mpamvu yo kwinuba no gucika intege. Ikimenyetso kidukomeza kandi kiduha icyizere cy’ejo hazaza, ni imbaraga tubona mu rubyiruko.”
