Perezida Kagame yahishuye uko abari ku rugamba biyumvaga niba barabonaga ko bazarutsinda

Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze ko ubwo Ingabo zahoze ari RPA zahoze ari iza FPR-Inkotanyi zatangizaga urugamba rwo Kwibohora, no mu gihe rwarimo, zitari zifite impamvu zashingiraho zizera ko zizarutsinda, uretse gusa kuba zararwaniraga ukuri, akaba ari na ko kuziha imbaraga.

Perezida Paul Kagame wayoboye urugamba rwo Kwibohora, yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 09 Nyakanga 2024 mu kiganiro yagiranye n’abanyamakuru n’abakoresha imbuga nkoranyambaga cyabereye ku Mulindi ahari icyicaro cye nk’Umugaba Mukuru wa RPA.

Ni ikiganiro cyabimburiwe no gusobanurirwa amwe mu mateka yo kubohora u Rwanda, cyatanzwe na General (Rtd) James Kabarebe wari uri mu bari ku ruhembe muri uru rugamba.

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko bakurikije uko abari bagize ingabo za RPA ndetse n’ubushobozi bari bafite, ntakintu cyabahaga icyizere gisesuye ko bazatsinda urugamba, ariko ko bari bafite impamvu ikomeye barwaniraga.

Ati “Ntabwo ari science ngo muri science narebaga nkasanga turi butsinde, ntakintu cyari gihari cyatwemezaga ko turi butsinde kirenze umutima wacu, kuvuga ngo natsinda ntatsinda ngomba kurwanira ukuri kwanjye, ni icyo umuntu yashingiyeho, ibisigaye bikubakira aho.”

Yavuze ko ubwo bari muri uru rugamba, abarwanaga babonaga uko ingabo bari bahanganye zari zihagaze, ndetse n’uburyo zari zishyigikiwe n’amahanga, bakabona gutsinda bigoye.

Ati “Ariko ukaba ufite ibintu bibiri gusa, ndabihunga nigendere nkize amagara yanjye kuko hari ababikoze barahunga barigendera bavivamo, n’ubu barakiruka ntibaragaruka. Ikindi ni ukuvuga ngo ‘oya, ntabwo ndi bubigenze gutya, icyo narwaniraga n’ubundi ni ukuri kwanjye ngomba kubikomeza, ninabizira mbizire’.”

Yavuze ko amahirwe yari ahari ari uko abari bafite uwo mutima wa kabiri wo guhangana n’ikibazo, ari bo bari benshi ku buryo ari na byo byatumye bakomeza, bakabifashwamo no guhitamo uburyo bagombaga kurwana uru rugamba.

Ati “Muri uko guhangana n’ibibazo, ugomba gukoresha ubwenge noneho, ese urahangana n’ibibazo ute? Guhitamo inzira uhanganamo na byo noneho ni ho hazira gukoresha umutima n’ubwenge bikaguha icyo gukora bitewe n’icyo ufite n’icyo uzi ku mwanzi n’uburyo bwo gukoresha kugira ngo utsinde urugamba rumwe hano cyangwa ahandi.”

Perezida Paul Kagame avuga ko muri kiriya gihe nta babonaga ko bazatsinda, kimwe “n’abatsinzwe ubanza batari bazi ko bazatsindwa, babaga bazi ko ari Leta bafite ibyangombwa byose, bumvaga bari aho…twebwe bitaga inyenzi bazatunyura hejuru gusa bakagenda. Natwe kubera aho twavaga n’uko twari tumeze n’ubushobozi butari buhagije twari dufite, usibye uwo mutima wo gukora ibyo ushaka gukora, warabikoraga ariko ntakintu cyakwemezaga ngo ibyo urwanira uzabigeraho, ariko wagombaga kurwana kuko ni byo wahisemo kandi ni yo nzira yari iri imbere yawe warebaga wakoresha gusa.”

Yakomeje agira ati “Ntihazagire ukubeshya ngo ibyo twita intsinzi, ngo barayerebaga, oya, barayirwaniye bayigeraho ariko kuba warayirebaga iza, ibyo bizavugwa n’utari uhari.”

Perezida Paul Kagame avuga kandi ko urugamba rwo kwibohora rwanagizwemo uruhare n’Abanyarwanda bagiye baba hafi ingabo za RPA, baziha ibyazifashishije gukomeza kurwana mu bushobozi bucye bwari buhari.
