Perezida Kagame yeruriye amahanga ko guharanira uburenganzira bwo kubaho kw’Abanyarwanda ntawe abisabira uruhushya

Perezida Paul Kagame avuga ko nubwo u Rwanda ari Igihugu gito kandi kidatunze ibya Mirenge, ariko ko iyo bigeze ku guharanira uburenganzira bwo kubaho kw’Abanyarwanda, adashobora kugira uwo abisabira uruhushya. Ati “…Nibigera ku kubaho kwacu, ntuzakore ikosa.”

Perezida Kagame yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Gatanu tariki 14 Gashyantare 2025 mu nama y’Inteko y’Akanama gashinzwe amahoro n’Umutekano mu Muryango wa Afurika Yunze Ubumwe yabereye i Addis Ababa muri Ethiopia yigaga ku bibazo biri mu burasirazuba bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo.

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko ibibazo byo muri iki Gihugu byakomeje kuba karande, kuko inzira zo kubishakira umuti zagiye zirengagizwa, ahubwo abakabikemuye bakirirwa mu mukino wo kwegeka ibibazo ku bandi.

Ati “Iyo umukino wo gushinjanya, imbwirwaruhame nziza, ibinyoma, kugira ikimwaro; byari kuba ari umuti w’iki kibazo, cyakagombye kuba cyarakemutse cyera. Ntabwo twari kuba tugifite iki kibazo. Hari ahantu bavuga ibinyoma nta n’impamvu.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yagarutse kuri imwe mu mizi y’ibi bibazo, yirengagizwa, y’umutwe wa FDLR ugizwe n’abasize bakoze Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi mu Rwanda bagakomereza ingengabitekerezo yayo muri DRC, ariko hakaba bamwe mu bagakwiye gutuma uyu mutwe urandurwa, bihandagaza bakavuga ko utakibaho n’abandi bumva ko ntacyo utwaye.

Ati “Ni gute FDLR itabaho mu bitekerezo bya bamwe? Cyangwa igafatwa nk’ikibazo cyoroheje? Niba ucyerensa icyo kintu, urapfobya amateka yanjye kandi rwose sinteze kubyemera. Hatitawe ku wo waba uri we wese.”

Perezida Kagame yongeye kwerurira amahanga ko mu kurinda umutekano w’Abanyarwanda no guharanira kubaho kwabo, adateze kubicira bugufi, kuko ntagishobora kubisimbura.

Ati “Nta muntu ncira bugufi muri iki cyumba ngo ampe uburenganzira bwo kubaho kwanjye cyangwa kubaho kw’abantu banjye. Rwose ntawe. Nzabaho ubuzima bufatika, ubwo ni uburenganzira bwanjye. Ntakindi.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yagarutse ku bahora bashinja u Rwanda kugira uruhare mu bibazo bya Congo, yongera kwerurira amahanga ko ntaho ruhuriye na biriya bibazo, ahubwo ko DRC yabaye nka wa mwana murizi, uhora ashaka uwo yegekaho ibibazo byayinaniye gushakira umuti.

Ati “Ni gute Congo itekereza ko ibibazo byabo byose bituruka hanze. U Rwanda ntaho ruhuriye n’ibibazo bya Congo. Dufite ibibazo byacu tugomba guhangana na byo. Congo ni nini cyane ku Rwandam ku buryo yakwikorera umutwaro wayo.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko u Rwanda rushobora kuba Igihugu gito ugereranyije n’ibindi byinshi, ndetse n’amikoro yacyo akaba akiri hasi, ariko ko atari gito ku guharanira kubaho kw’abagituye cyangwa uburenganzira bwabo.

Ati “Nk’uko nabibabwiye, turi Igihugu gito, turi Igihugu gikennye, ariko iyo bigeze ku guharanira uburenganzira bwo kubaho, utazabyibeshyaho. Ntabwo ngira uwo nbisabira uruhushya cyangwa ngo nzagire uwo mbyingingira.”

Ubutegetsi bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo burangajwe imbere na Perezida w’iki Gihugu, Felix Tshisekedi, bavuze kenshi ko bafite umugambi wo gutera u Rwanda bagakuraho ubutegetsi buriho, ariko Guverinoma y’u Rwanda byumwihariko Umukuru w’iki Gihugu, basubiza ko ibyo bisa no kurota.

Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze kenshi ko nta gishobora guturuka hanze ngo gihungabanye umutekano w’Abaturarwanda, kuko inzego z’umutekano z’u Rwanda zifite ubushobozi ntayegayezwa bwo guhangana n’icyabigerageza cyose kandi kigakumirwa kitararenga umutaru ngo cyinjire mu Rwanda.
