Nyuma yuko umwana w’imyaka 13 wo mu muryango wo mu Murenge wa Nyakiriba mu Karere ka Rubavu asambanyije uw’imyaka ibiri, byatahuwe ko muri aka gace hari inzu zerekanirwamo filimi z’urukozasoni zinarebwa n’abana ari na zo zituma bagira amatsiko yo kujya gukora ibyo bazibonyemo.

Mu cyumweru twaraye dusoje, RADIOTV10 yabagejejeho inkuru y’umuryango wo mu Mudugudu wa Rugerero mu Kagari ka Gikombe mu Murenge wa Nyakiriba, uri mu gahinda ko kuba umwana wabo w’imyaka ibiri yarasambanyijwe n’undi w’imyaka 13 wo mu baturanyi ariko akaba atarabihaniwe.

Uyu mwana w’imyaka 13 yiyemerera ko yasambanyije uyu mwana nyuma yo kubibona muri filimi z’urukozasoni, bareba bishyuye igiceri cya 100 Frw.

Uyu mwana avuga ko aho herekanirwa izo filimi, umuntu yishyura iryo jana, ubundi bakamuha icyo ashaka nk’irindazi cyangwa isambusa ubundi bakamwongeza kureba izo filimi.

Ubwo umunyamakuru yari ari gutara iyi nkuru, yahuye n’imodoka y’inzego z’umutekano n’isuku yari irimo abana bari hagati ya batanu (5) n’icumi (10) bari bamaze gufatirwa mu nzu zerekanirwamo filimi.

Bamwe mu babyeyi bo muri aka gace, bagaragaje impungenge bafite ku bantu bereka abana babo izi filimi z’urukozasoni ari na zo ntandaro z’izi ngeso mbi.

Umwe yagize ati “Usanga bino bashyiramo bya filimi, ugasanga bashyizemo za porono kandi abana bicayemo, aba ari ibikozasoni ntabwo aba bakwiye kureba ibyo.”

Akomeza agaragaza ingaruka biri kugira kuri aba bana, ati “Ni uko bari gufata utwo twana twacu bakaduhohotera, bikatubabaza imitima yacu ikaturya.”

Aba babyeyi bavuga ko nubwo abana berekwa izi filimi z’urukozasoni, bigiye hejuru mu myaka, ariko kubereka izi filimi zituma basubira inyuma bagahohotera abo baruta.

Undi mubyeyi ati “Bakwirinda kubyereka abana kuko na bo bazamuka bafite imico mibi. Izo filimi zigomba kureba abantu bakuru.”

Izi filimi bazirebera mu nzu zerekanirwamo filimi

Hari n’ababyeyi banenga bagenzi babo bateshutse ku nshingano zabo zo gukurikirana abana babo, ntibamenye ko bagiye kureba izo filimi z’urukozasoni.

Undi mubyeyi yagize ati “Nabyaye abana icumi ariko nubwo bapfuye nta mwana wanjye warenzaga saa moya akiri hanze, none ubu umwana w’imyaka 10 arageza saa mbiri atarataha.”

Umunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge wa Nyakiriba, Nyiransengiyumva Monique, avuga ko batari bazi iki kibazo ariko ko bagiye kwihutira gukora umukwabu wo kukirandura kuko byaba biri kwangiza u Rwanda rw’ejo.

Ati “Ubundi kwereka abana filimi noneho ukongeraho z’urukozasoni, ni icyaha gihanwa n’amategeko, icya mbere kigiye gukorwa ni ugukomeza kwigisha ariko no gukomeza gukora imikwabo tureba ahantu haba herekanirwa izo filimi z’urukozasoni hagafungwa.”

Ushinzwe ubutabera bubereye umwana no kumurinda ihohotera mu kigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe imikurire no kurengera umwana (NCDA), Mukankiriho Immaculee avuga ko abereka abana izi filimi z’urukozasoni, bakwiye kubiryozwa kuko bigize icyaha.

Yifashishije itegeko ryo kurengera umwana mu ngingo yaryo y’ 133, Mukankiriho yavuze ko iyi ngingo iteganya ko uhamijwe iki cyaha cyo kwereka umwana amashusho y’urukozasoni ahanishwa igifungo kiri hagati y’imyaka itanu (5) n’irindwi (7) n’ihazabu iri hagati ya miliyoni 5 Frw na Miliyoni 7 Frw.
