Umugabo w’imyaka 35 wo mu Murenge wa Murambi mu Karere ka Rulindo, akurikiranyweho gusambanya ku gahato umukecuru w’imyaka 58 ubwo yamusangaga ku buriri bw’aho yari agiye kugama imvura.

Uyu mugabo akurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Gicumbi rwanamaze kumuregera Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Gicumbi tariki 15 Nyakanga 2022.

Ni icyaka cyabereye ahatuye uyu mukecuru mu Kagari ka Gatwa, Umurenge wa Murambi mu Karere ka Rulindo.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko iki cyaka cyakozwe tariki 23 Werurwe 2022 ubwo uyu mugabo yari agiye kugama imvura yagera aho agiye kugama imvura agasanga uwo mukecuru yicaye ku buriri.

Buvuga ko uyu mugabo akigera muri iyi nzu agasangamo uwo mukecuru, yahise amusunira ku buriri babanza kugundagurana ariko umugabo amurusha imbaraga ari na bwo yamukoreye ibyo bya mfura mbi akanamuruma ku jisho.

Akimara gukora iki cyaha, uyu mugabo yahise atoroka kuko yari azi neza ko ibyo akoz ari icyaha gihanwa n’amategeko.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko mu kwiregura k’uyu mugabo, atigeze yinangira kuko yemeye ko yakoze iki cyaha ndetse anagisabira imbabazi.

 

ICYO ITEGEKO RITEGANYA

Uyu mugabo naramuka ahamwe n’icyaha azahanishwa igihano cy’igifungo hagati y’imyaka 10 na 15 n’ihazabu hagati ya 1.000.000 na 2.000.000 nk’uko giteganywa mu ngingo ya 134 y’itegeko Nº68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
