UBUREZI:Abanyeshuri barifuza gukingirwa COVID-19 mbere yo kujya mu biruhuko

Kuba ubwandu bw’icyorezo cya COVID-19 bwiyongera, kandi abanyeshuri bakaba bagiye kujya mu biruhuko, ni byo bamwe mu banyeshuri biga baba mu bigo bashingiraho basaba gukingirwa.

Urugero, ni urw’abiga mu ishuri ry’imyuga n’ubumenyingiro rya FR. Ramon Kabuga riherereye mu karere ka Kamonyi, bavuga ko bafite impungenge ko ni bataha badakingiwe bashobora kuzandura iki cyorezo, ubwo bazaba bagiye mu biruhuko bibura iminsi itageze ku kwezi ngo basubire mu miryango yabo.

Dufite impungenge rero ko tuzahahurira n’abantu banduye COVID-19, bityo natwe bakaba batwanduza. Icyo rero twasaba reta, ni uko yadutekerezaho nk’abanyeshuri, natwe tukaba twahabwa inkingo mbere y’uko twerekeza iwacu mu miryango.”

Ni ikibazo bahurizaho n’abarimu babo basaba inzego z’ubuzima mu Rwanda gutekereza ku banyeshuri n’abarezi babo, nabo bakongera mu byiciro by’abakingirwa.

Nyamara kuri iyi nshuro, abanyeshuri biga mu baba mu bigo by’amashuri, bifuzaga kuba nabo bakongerwa muri ibi byiciro, nabo bakaba bakingirwa mbere y’uko berekeza mu biruhuko.

Gusa, iyi Ministeri ivuga ko nta gahunda yihariye ihari yo gukingira abanyeshuri, cyakora ikongeraho ko uko inkingo zizagenda ziyongera, nabo bazagerwaho.

Umuvugizi wa Ministeri y’ubuzima Julien Mahoro Niyingabira, ati: “ Impungenge bafite, zirumvikana. Gusa, inkingo u Rwanda rwabashije kubona rwazikoresheje ruhereye kubashobora guhura n’ibyago byo kwandura icyorezo cya COVID-19, nk’abageze muzabukuru, abaganga n’abandi basanzwe barwaye indwara zindi, zishobora gutuma umubiri wabo udakomeza kugira imbaraga zo guhangana n’indi ndwara nk’iki cyorezo.”

Yakomeje avuga ko nkuko bagenda bafata ibyiciro runaka bakabikingira bitewe n’umubare w’inkingo u Rwanda rwabashije kubona, n’aba banyeshuri ngo bazakingirwa.

Ati:”Ariko mu gihe iyi gahunda itarabageraho, bagomba gukurikiza amabwiriza yokwirinda, arazwi arasobanutse. Ntamuntu utayazi.”

Kimwe n’abandi baturarwanda bose, aba banyeshuri bagirwa inama yo gukomeza kwitwararika no mugihe bazaba bageze mu biruhuko, bakubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19 kuko asobanutse.

Basabwa kandi kuba aribo bafata iya mbere mu guhugura no gufasha abandi kubahiriza ingamba zashyiriweho guhangana n’iki cyorezo.
