Mu Murenge wa Rwezamenyo mu Karere ka Nyarugenge, hagaragaye umurambo w’umusore bikekwa ko yiyahuye, bitewe n’ubutumwa bwagaragaye muri telefone bamusanganye, yabwiraga umuntu ko arambiwe imiruho y’Isi.

Umurambo wa nyakwigendera wabonetse kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 25 Ukuboza 2023, wasanzwe umanitse mu giti mu Mudugudu w’Umucyo mu Kagari ka Rwezamenyi II mu Murenge wa Rwezamenyo.

Abageze kuri uyu murambo bwa mbere, bavuga ko basanze umanitse mu mishumi y’inkweto z’uyu musore zari zinamuri irihande, bagakeka ko yayikuyemo kugira ngo ayifashishe mu kwiyambura ubuzima.

Ubwo bamubonaga yapfuye, bamusanganye irangamuntu ndetse na telefone ye, irimo ubutumwa yari yandikiye umuntu amubwira agahinda afite, ko yamaze kwiheba ndetse ko arambiwe kuba mu Isi y’ibibazo.

Nanone kandi muri telefone ye, hagaragaye ubutumwa bw’uko yari yishyuye 7 000 Frw mu kabari yari yabanje kujya gufatiramo agacupa, ari na bwo bikekwa ko yiyahuye akavuyemo.
