Umusore w’imyaka 20 y’amavuko ari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha mu Karere ka Nyanza, akekwaho gusambanya abana babiri biga mu mashuri y’incuke.

Uyu musore wo mu Murenge wa Cyabakamyi mu Karere ka Nyanza, ubu ufungiye kuri Sitasiyo ya RIB ya Mukingo, yatahuwe nyuma y’uko abana akekwaho gusambanya bajyaga kwiherera bakababara.

Ubwo aba bana bagaragazaga ibyo bimenyetso, ababyeyi babo bababajije ibyababayeho, babatekerereza ko uyu musore yabateze ubwo bari bavuye ku Ishuri, bamusanze aragiye amatungo mu ishyamba, ubundi akabasambanya.

Aba babyeyi kandi bahise bareba ku myanya y’ibanga y’abana babo, babona yarangiritse, ari bwo bahitaga biyambaza inzego.

Burezi Eugene uyobora Umurenge wa Cyabakambyi, yemereye Ikinyamakuru Umuseke ko uyu musore yatawe muri yombi, akurikiranyweho gusambanya abana babiri.

Uyu Munyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge wa Cyabakamyi, yavuze ko abana basambanyijwe n’uyu musore, umwe afite imyaka irindwi (7), undi akaba ari uw’imyaka itandatu (6).

Uyu muyobozi avuga ko nyuma y’uko aya makuru amenyekanye, aba bana bahise bajyanwa kwa muganga, kugira ngo bahabwe ubuvuzi.

Ingingo ya 133 y’Itegeko nº 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange ihinduwe ku buryo bukurikira: “Umuntu wese ukorera ku mwana kimwe mu bikorwa bishingiye ku gitsina bikurikira, aba akoze icyaha:

1 º gushyira igitsina mu gitsina, mu kibuno cyangwa mu kanwa k’umwana;

2 º gushyira urugingo urwo arirwo rwose rw’umubiri w’umuntu mu gitsina, cyangwa mu kibuno cy’umwana;

3 º gukora ikindi gikorwa cyose ku mubiri w’umwana hagamijwe ishimishamubiri.

Iyo abihamijwe n’urukiko, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka makumyabiri (20) ariko kitarenze imyaka makumyabiri n’itanu (25).

Iyo umuntu mukuru asambanyije umwana uri munsi y’imyaka cumi n’ine (14), igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu kidashobora kugabanywa kubera impamvu nyoroshyacyaha.

Iyo umuntu mukuru asambanyije umwana ufite cyangwa urengeje imyaka cumi n’ine (14) bigatera umwana indwara idakira cyangwa ubumuga, igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu.

Iyo umuntu mukuru asambanyije umwana bigakurikirwa no kumugira umugabo cyangwa umugore, igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu kidashobora kugabanywa kubera impamvu nyoroshyacyaha.

Iyo umwana ufite imyaka cumi n’ine (14) ariko utarageza ku myaka cumi n’umunani (18) y’amavuko asambanyije umwana uri munsi y’imyaka cumi n’ine (14), ahanwa hakurikijwe ibiteganywa mu ngingo ya 54 y’iri tegeko.

Iyo umwana ufite nibura imyaka cumi n’ine (14) asambanyije umwana ufite nibura imyaka cumi n’ine (14) akoresheje imbaraga, iterabwoba, uburiganya cyangwa abikoze ku bw’intege nke z’uwakorewe icyaha, ahanwa hakurikijwe ibiteganywa mu ngingo ya 54 y’iri tegeko.”
