Umwarimu w’imyitozo ya ‘Yoga’ igera no ku mitekerereze ya muntu yahishuye byinshi bitayizwiho

Umwe mu barimu bacye b’imyitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong itaramenyerwa cyane mu Rwanda, avuga ko yafasha abantu bose kugira ubuzima buzira umuze, kuko ikuza imbaraga z’umubiri wa muntu, iz’imitekereze, ndetse ikanagura imbaraga z’amarangamutima; agashishikariza buri wese kuyiyoboka.

Dushimimana Joseph Desideratus amaze igihe mu mwuga wo kwigisha iyi myitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong, kuko yabyinjiyemo kuva muri 2014, akaba abimazemo imyaka umunani (8).

Avuga ko yatangiye gukora iyi myitoza nk’uyiga muri 2011 ubwo yigaga muri Kaminuza y’u Rwanda, aho yari asanzwe anakina umukino wa Karate akaza no kuhamenyera ibyiza by’imyitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong.

Muri 2012, yatangiye kwitabira amahugurwa yo kuba na we yaba umwarimu w’iyi myitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong mu buryo bw’umwuga, akitabira amahugurwa i Nairobi, yakoze mu gihe cy’imyaka itatu muri mu ishuri rya ‘Africa Yoga Project Academy’.

Nyuma y’aya mahugurwa y’i Nairobi ndetse n’andi yahawe n’Ikigo cyo muri Leta Zunze Ubumwe za America ndetse n’ayo yahawe n’indi miryango ikomeye ku Isi, yaje kuba umwarimu wa Yoga wabigize umwuga muri 2014.

Muri aya mahugurwa, harimo ayo yatojwemo gukoresha umwuka n’impumeko mu kugabanya ihungabana ryo mu mutwe, ubu na we akaba abyigisha abandi.

Ati “Kuva muri 2011 kugeza muri 2013 cyari igihe nigishaga abantu ariko ntumva ko ndi umwarimu wifitiye icyizere, ariko kuva muri 2014 byabaye ubuzima bwanjye kuko nigishaga amasaha yose, nkuko umuntu ajya muri ofisi [mu kazi] amasaha umunani nanjye nabaga ndimo nigisha Yoga.”

 

Uwakoze Yoga ahorana ubuzima buzira umuze

Dushimimana Joseph Desideratus umaze kugira ubuzobere mu kwigisha iyi myitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong, avuga ko akamaro kayo ari ntagereranywa ku buryo buri wese yari akwiye kuyitabira.

Ati “Ni imyitozo ifasha umuntu kuba muzima cyangwa kurushaho kuba afite ubuzima buryoshye, ku rwego rw’umubiri (Phyisical), ku rwego rw’amarangamutima (emotional) cyangwa ku rwego rw’ibitekerezo (mental) kuko ibyo bice bitatu ni byo bisa nk’aho bigize umuntu.”

Avuga ko nubwo umubare w’Abanyarwanda babyitabira utaragera ku rwego rushimishije, ariko wiyongereye agereranyije n’uko byari bimeze mu myaka 10 ishize.

Ati “Benshi bagiye bafungura ibigo bafite ahantu henshi bigishiriza ku buryo mu cyumweru nka hamwe mu ho nigishiriza nibuze babona nk’abantu 200 mu cyumweru.”

Benshi mu bitabira iyi myitozo bwa mbere baragenda bagakora ku nshuti zabo na zo zikayiyoboka kuko buri wese uyitabiriye igira icyo imuhinduraho.

Ati “Umuntu araza, yamara gukora niba yari afite ikibazo cyo kudasinzira, akagenda nka nyuma y’icyumweru agahita abwira abandi uko byagenze, na bo bakazana abandi. Niba hari uwari ufite ikibazo cyo kurirwa mu mubiri, yakora imyitozo bwa buribwe bwagabanuka akabwira abandi.”

Akomeza avuga ko hari n’ababa bafite ibibazo by’indwara zitandura nk’umuvuduko w’amaraso, akaba asanzwe ari no ku miti, yakongeraho imyiyozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong, bikamufasha kurushaho, ku buryo n’umuvuduko ushobora kugabanuka cyangwa ukaguma aho wari uri.

Avuga kandi ko iyi myitozo ifasha umuntu kugira imbaraga z’umubiri, ndetse no kwagura imitekerereze y’ubwonko no guturisha ibitekerezo [meditation], ku buryo abakora imyitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong bahorana ubuzima bwiza, kuko ikora ku nkingi zose zituma umubiri w’umuntu ukora neza.

Ati “Iyo ukoze imyitozo ya Yoga ugahumeka, ugakora igororangingo, meditation ukayikora, banakwibutsa ko ugomba kuza kureba ibyo urya ukanaruhuka. Za mbaraga enye zose aho zituruka baba bahakubwiye, impinduka nziza rero zihita ziza mu mubiri.”

Yoga ni imyitozo yagirira akamaro buri wese

 

Buri wese yakora Yoga igihe cyose

Dushimimana Joseph avuga ko iyi myitozo ya Yoga yakorwa na buri wese ariko bakaba batandukanira ku miterere y’imibiri yabo cyangwa intego zatumye bayitabira.

Ati “Ufashe umuntu utwite ntabwo yakora kimwe n’umuntu udatwite. Ikindi biterwa n’intego, nk’umuntu ubikora kugira ngo aruhuke abashe gusinzira neza cyangwa ngo umunaniro wari umurimo ugabanuke, ntabwo yakora kimwe n’umuntu uri gukora kugira ngo umubiri we ukomere.”

Avuga ko muri iyi myitozo ya Yoga&Qi Gong, haba hongerwa imbaraga mu byitwa ibigega by’imbaraga, birimo igice cyegereye ku mukondo hakorerwa imbaraga z’umubiri, hakaba ikigega cya kabiri cyo kongerera imbaraga z’amarangamutima, kiba mu gituza, naho ikigega cya gatatu, kikaba ari icy’imbaraga z’ubuhanga, cyo kiba mu mutwe.

Ati “Ibyo bice rero nta na rimwe byuzura ngo umuntu avuge ngo imbaraga zanjye z’imitekerere zaruzuye, ngo uvuge ngo imbaraga zanjye z’amarangamutima nk’urukundo ngo rwageze aho rwuzuye.”

Bamwe mu batozwa na Dushimimana Joseph Desideratus, bavuga ko kuva batangira gukora iyi myitozo, hari byinshi byahindutse yaba mu mubiri wabo ndetse no mu mitekerereze.
