Aho yubatse abwirwa ko bataberanye yarasenyewe ariko abona hari umunyabubasha abiri inyuma

Umuturage wo mu Kagari ka Terimbere mu Murenge wa Nyundo mu Karere ka Rubavu, wasenyewe inzu yari yazamuye yiyushye akuya, avuga ko hari umuntu ukomeye ubiri inyuma ushaka gutwara ubu butaka bwe kuko n’ubundi yazamuye iyi nzu hari abamubwira ko hatamukwiye.

Akomeza agaragaza ko atumva impamvu ubuyobozi bwafashe umwanzuro wo kumusenyera butamumenyesheje impamvu, agashimangira ko bushaka kumwirukana ku ngufu kugira ngo hegurirwe uwo avuga ko akomeye kuko yakomeje guhatirizwa n’inzego z’ubuyobozi ngo ahagurishe akababera ibamba.

Ati “Hari umuntu wahoraga aza kumbwira ngo nimpagurishe, nkanga. Afitanye isano n’ubuyobozi. Ubwa mbere baje kundeba barambwira ngo sinkwiranye no kuhatura bambwira ngo nimpagurishe ngo bandangire aha macye, n’ubwa kabiri baragaruka, n’ubwa gatatu.”

Abaturanyi b’uyu muturage babonye uburyo iyi nzu yasenywe, bavuga ko umuturanyi wabo yahohotewe kuko yubatse ku manywa y’ihangu inzego z’ibanze zireba.

Umwe ati “Twe nk’abaturage twabirebaga twaravugaga tuti ‘ese uriya muturage ari kuzira iki?’ kubera ko ibyo yakoraga yabikoraga ku manywa, kandi mu Mudugudu tuba dufitemo abanyamakuru, dufitemo abenyesibo, abakuru b’Imidugudu baba bahari, gato gusa karakopfora bakaba babimenye.”

Aba baturage bavuga ko na bo babona ikibazo atari ukuba iyi nzu yarubatswe mu buryo butemewe kuko uyu muturage yatangiye kubaka akarinda yuzuza ubuyobozi bubireba.

Undi ati “Ntabwo inzu yaturuka hano hasi ngo isakarwe, umuyobozi ahari ngo baze bayisenye. Gitifu w’Umurenge agomba kubiryozwa.”
Ikindi aba baturage bashingiraho bavuga ko hari ikibyihishe inyuma, bavuga ko uwagira ngo arabaza ku by’isenywa ry’iyi nzu, yahitaga ajyanwa n’ubuyobozi akajya gufungwa.

Undi muturage ati “Ngo ni abantu bahakeneye bashaka kuhagura noneho uyu mudamu akimuka akajya ruguru iriya mu ishyamba.”

Umunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge wa Nyundo, Uwizeyimana Josiane yavuze ko uyu muturage yasenyewe kuko yubatse atabifitiye icyangombwa.

Yavuze ko yatangiye kuyobora uyu Murenge iriya nyubako ihari itaruzura, uyu muturage ari bwo yahise asubukura imirimo yo kubaka iyi nzu, akamuhagarika ariko akinangira.

Ati “Yubatse ahantu nta cyangombwa cyo kubaka afite, turamubwira tuti ‘banza usabe ibyangombwa bikwemerera kubaka’, ntiyabyumva, wumve n’ukuntu agoye, tumuha ibaruwa akayakira ariko ntayisinye ko yayakiriye.”

Gitifu avuga ko uyu muturage yahagaritswe inshuro eshatu akinangira ndetse n’ushinzwe imiturire akamusura agasanga yubatse mu mbago z’umuhanda, akamusaba guhagarika kubaka ariko agakomeza gusuzugura, ku buryo ntakindi bagombaga gukora atari ukumusenyera.

    Ark natwe abaturage twisubireho twe gukomeza kunaniza (kwigomeka k’) Ubuyobozi.Mu nkuru humvikanamo ko yubatse ku ngufu nta cyangombwa, Ubuyobozi bumuhagaritse(inshuro 3) arabyanga yanga no gusinya; wumve ko hari icyo yari agamije.Kandi bamuhagaritse kubera ko babonaga asatira imbago z’umuhanda, yakabaye acibwa ikiguzi cyakoreshejwe mu gukuraho iriya nyubako akacibwa amande.
