AMAKURU MASHYA: U Rwanda rwahagaritse ingendo ziruhuza n’Ibihugu byo mu Majyepfo ya Afurika

Nyuma y’uko hagaragaye ubwoko bushya bwa COVID-19 bufite ubukana buri hejuru bwagaragaye cyane mu bihugu byiganjemo ibyo mu Majyepfo ya Afurika, Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yahagaritse ingendo ziruhuza n’ibi Bihugu.

Bikubiye mu byemezo by’Inama y’Abaminisitiri idasanzwe yateranye kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 28 Ugushyingo 2021 yari iyobowe na Perezida Paul Kagame.

Iyi nama y’Abaminisitiri idasanzwe yafatiwemo ingamba nshya zo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19 aho ibyemezo byayo bisaba Abaturarwanda gukaza ingamba zisanzweho.

Ingamba ya mbere, igira iti “Ingendo z’indege hagati y’u Rwanda n’Ibihugu byo mu Majyepfo ya Afurika zirasubitswe.”

Indi ngamba ivuga ko abagenzi bose binjira mu Gihugu n’abasohoka bakoresheje Ikibuga Mpuzamahanga cya Kigali, bagomba kuba bafite icyemezo kigaragaza ko bipimishije COVID-19 bakoresheje PCR Test mu gihe cy’am’saha 72.

Ibi byemezo by’Inama y’Abaminisitiri kandi bivuga ko abagenzi bose binjira mu Gihugu bagomba guhita bashyirwa mu kato k’amasaha 24 muri hoteli zabugenewe mu gihe abaturutse cyangwa abaherutse mu bihugu byagaragayemo ubwoko bushya bwa COVID-19 bo bagomba gushyirwa mu kato k’iminsi 7.

Iyi nama y’Abaminisitiri idasanzwe iteranye nyuma y’umunsi umwe Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ishyize hanze itangazo rivuga ibyerekeye ubwoko bushya bwa COVID-19 bwagaragaye mu Bihugu byo mu Majyepfo ya Afurika.

Iri tangazo ryashyizwe hanze ku ya 26 Ugushyingo 2021, na ryo ryavugaga ko guhera kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 28 Ugushyingo abantu bose baturutse hanze y’u Rwanda bagomba kubanza gushyirwa mu kato k’amasaha 24.
