Umugore w’imyaka 33 y’amavuko utuye mu Mudugudu wa Nyagasozi mu Kagari ka Mugobore, Umurenge wa Simbi mu Karere ka Huye, akurikiranyweho gutwika umugabo we w’imyaka 61 y’amavuko amusutseho amazi ashyushye yari agiye kwarikisha ubugari.

Uyu mugore ukurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku rwego rwisumbuye rwa Huye, akekwa gukora kiriya cyaha cyakozwe mu ijoro yo ku ya 12 Ugushyingo 2021.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu mugore w’imyaka 33 yasutse amazi ashyushye ku mugabo we w’imyaka 61 amuziza ko yamutwaye amafaranga 700.

Mu ibazwa rye, ukekwa yemeye ko yamusutseho amazi yari agiye gutekesha ubugari mu maso, mu gatuza no ku maboko arashya nyuma yo gutongana bapfuye ko umugabo yari yamutwariye amafaranga 700 yagombaga gutanga mu itsinda (ikimina).

Icyaha cyo gukomeretsa ku bushake umugabo we akurikiranyweho kiramutse kimuhamye, yahanishwa igifungo kigera ku myaka 08 n’ihazabu ya miliyoni 2 Frw nk’uko biteganywa n’ingingo y’121 y’itegeko riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
