Iburasirazuba: Guverineri Rubingisa yaremye agatima abahura n’ibibazo kuri za ‘Poste de Sante’

Guverineri w’Intara y’Iburasirazuba, Pudence Rubingisa yizeje abaturage bamaze iminsi bavuga ibibazo bahura nabyo mu mavuriro y’ibanze, ko ubuyobozi bugiye gukarana na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima kugira ngo bikemuke.

Bimwe muri ibyo bibazo; ni ukubura imiti, kubura abaganga rimwe na bakaba bacye; byose byakunze kumvikana mu majwi y’abaturage.

Umwe mu baturage yagize ati “Hano hari abaganga babiri, umwe bamukuraho hagahasigara umwe w’umudamu, noneho hari n’igihe uzana n’umurwayi ugasanga nta n’umuganga uhari.”

Undi yunzemo ati “Bucyeye turamenyera tumenya ko tutakivuriza kuri Mituweri, tumenyera ko ari pirive.”
Guverineri w’iyi Ntara y’Iburasirazuba, Pudence Rubingisha avuga ko agiye gushyiramo imbaraga mu gukorana na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima kugira ngo iki kibazo gikemuke.

Ati “Nibyo hari ahakiri intege nke mu kubona abaganga bavuramo, yaba ari ukubona imiti yakwifashishwa. Kugirango Serivisi yihute, ni cyo twifuza kuri Poste de Sante kigerweho, ni uko twakorana na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima kugira ngo turebe ibyo bibazo byagiye bigaragazwa kandi bimaze kumenyekana tukaba twabivana mu nzira.”

Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ivuga ko ku rwego rw’Akagari nihamara gushyirwa umuntu wabigize umwuga ukurikirana imikorere y’Amavuriro y’Ibanze (Health Post) ndetse no kongera umubare w’abaforomo ku Bigo Nderabuzima, bizatuma aya mavuriro yose abasha gukora uko bikwiye.

Mu Rwanda habarirwa Amavuriro y’Ibanze 1 250, muri yo 1 181 akaba atanga ubuvuzi bw’ibanze, mu gihe 69 atanga serivisi zirimo n’izitangirwa ku Kigo Nderabuzima nko kubyaza, gusiramura, n’ubuvuzi bw’indwara z’amenyo.
