Ibyagaragaye ku muzunguzayi n’Umu-DASSO byaneguwe n’ababibonye

Bamwe mu baturage bo mu mujyi wa Rwamagana mu Karere ka Rwamagana, banenga imyitwarire ya bamwe mu bakorera Urwego rushinzwe kunganira Akarere mu mutekano (DASSO), nyuma y’uko umwe mu bakorera uru rwego ashikuje umuzunguzayi agataro k’imbuto, zikamenagurika.

Ibi byabereye ahazwi nko kuri Arrete mu mujyi wa Rwamagana mu Murenge wa Kigabiro, aho umuzunguzayi witwa Uwingeneye Clementine yagaragaye atoragura imbuto yameneshejwe n’Umu-DASSO.

Uyu muzunguzayi wemera ko ibyo yakoraga bitemewe, avuga ko aho bahawe ngo bahacururize, harimo ikibazo cyatumye yiyemeza gusubira gucururiza ku muhanda.

Ati “Kuzunguza ndabizi ko bitemewe ariko aho baduhaye ntihadukwiriye. Habamo ibyihebe, njye ndabahunga kereka mpawe nk’iseta mu isoko ariko nta bushobozi mfite.”

Ababonye ibyabaye kuri uyu muzunguzayi ndetse n’ukorera DASSO, bavuga ko uyu muturage yasagariwe kuko nubwo yakoraga ibitemewe, ariko yagombaga gufatwa ahawe agaciro ariko ntamenerwe ibyo yari afite.

Umunyamabanga Nshingwabikorwa w’Umurenge wa Kigabiro, Rushimisha Marck, na we avuga ko bidakwiye ko Dasso ahutaza umuturage, ahubwo ko akwiye kumugira inama, ariko ko nanone abaturage na bo bakwiye kutishora mu bitemewe.

Ati “Dasso kuvuga ngo arababangamira ni uko baba bazi ko babikora bitemewe. Ntibyemewe kubera ko bahawe ibisima mu isoko nta n’umwe rero wemerewe gucururiza mu muhanda. Ni ukwigisha nanjye mba ndimo kubigisha. Ni umuntu utatiriye icyemezo cyafashwe turamwigisha.”

Yakomeje avuga ko bagiye gukurikirana iby’iki kibazo, ati “Nta muntu ukwiye guhohotera umuturage, tugira slogan [intero] ivuga ko umuturage ari ku isonga.”
