Impanuka y’imodoka itwara abagenzi ‘yacitse feri’ ikagonga izindi yakangaranyije abayibonye

Mu Karere ka Kicukiro ahazwi nka Kicukiro-Centre, habereye impanuka ikomeye y’imodoka itwara abagenzi bikekwa ko yacitse feri, igacuncumuka igonga ibyo isanze mu nzira byose, polisi ikaba yemeje ko yahitanye abantu babiri.

Ni impanuka yabaye mu ijoro ryo kuri uyu wa Kabiri ahagana saa mbiri zaburagaho iminota micye, ubwo imodoka ya bisi isanzwe itwara abagenzi ya kompanyi ya Royal Express yavaga muri Gare ya Nyanza yerecyeza Kimironko, yacikaga feri.

Umwe mu babonye iyi mpanuka, yagize ati “Ikimara gucika feri, yahise imanukana umuvuduko mwinshi, urabona ko hariya hamanuka cyane, igenda igonga ibyo isanze mu nzira byose, yaba abamotari ndetse n’izindi modoka, iruhukira kuri IPRC.”

Ababonye iyi mpanuka bavuga ko yari iteye ubwoba kuko ibinyabiziga ndetse n’abantu bagonzwe n’iyi modoka, ari benshi.

Iyi mpanuka ikimara kuba mu ijoro ryo kuri uyu wa Kabiri, Polisi y’u Rwanda yemeje ko abantu babiri ari bo bahise bahasiga ubuzima, mu gihe uwakomeretse bikabije ari umwe.
