Itariki nshya ya CHOGM itegerejwe na benshi yamenyekanye

Perezida wa Repubulika y’u Rwanda, Paul Kagame n’Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Umuryango w’Ibihugu bikoresho Icyongereza (Commonwealth), Patricia Scotland, batangaje ko Inama y’Abakuru b’Ibihugu na za Guverinoma b’Ibihugu bigize uyu muryango izwi nka CHOGM izaba tariki 20 Kamena 2022.

Itangazo ryasohowe na Perezida Paul Kagame na Patricia Scotland rivuga ko iyi nama noneho izaba kuva tariki 20 Kamena 2022.

Perezida Paul Kagame avuga ko iyi nama yitezweho umusaruro ushimishije wo kongera guhuza imbaraga.

Yagize ati “Imyaka ibiri ishize yatweretse ko dufite aho duhuriye cyane kurusha mbere kandi ko dukwiye gukorera hamwe kugira ngo tugere ku ntego twifuza.”

Perezida Kagame avuga ko iyi nama ije itegerejwe, ikaba yiteze kuba umwanya mwiza wo kuganira ku mbogamizi zasizwe n’ingaruka z’icyorezo cya COVID-19.

Patricia Scotland, Umunyamabanga Mukuru wa Commonwealth, na we avuga ko kuba abagize uyu muryango bagiye kongera guhurira hamwe ari andi mahirwe yo gushimangira ubumwe bw’Ibihugu biwugize.

Patricia Scotland yaboneyeho gushimira Abanyarwanda bose bakomeje kugaragaza umuhate wo kuzakira neza abazitabira iyi nama ndetse n’imyiteguro yayo itarahwemye gushyirwamo imbaraga.
