Kayonza: Abamotari bahishuye impamvu hari ahantu batagipfa gutwara igitsinagore mu masaha y’ijoro

Bamwe mu batwara abagenzi kuri moto bakoresha umuhanda Kabarondo-Rwinkwavu, baravuga ko abantu bataramenyekana bikinga ijoro bakaza kubagirira nabi ahitwa Mbarara, aho bakunze gukoresha ab’igitsinagore babatega babagezayo bakabasaba guhagarara ngo bajye kwihagarika.

Aba bamotari bavuga ko muri iyi minsi gutwara umugenzi bamukuye Kabarondo bamwerecyeza i Rwinkwavu bitagikunda kubaho mu masaha ya nimugoroba kubera impungenge z’umutekano wabo by’umwihariko ahitwa Mbarara.
Umwe muri bo ati “Mabarara barahadutegera bakadutera imijugujugu n’amabuye duhetse n’abagenzi.”

Aba bamotari bavuga ko hari n’igihe bategwa n’ab’igitsinagore, ariko bagamije kugira ngo babageze muri aka gace kugira ngo bagirirwe nabi.

Undi ati “Hari n’abamama aragutega nijoro mwagera hepfo ati ‘hagarara njye kwihagarika’ ugasanga bahise bakwambura Moto cyangwa haza indi Moto bakirukanka.”
Aba bamotari bahuriza ku cyifuzo cyo kuba kuri uyu muhanda wa Kabarondo-Rwinkwavu hashyirwaho amatara cyangwa hakajya hakorerwa uburinzi n’inzego z’umutekano.

Umwe ati “Bahashyize wenda nka Paturuyi y’abasirikare ikajya ihaca nka nijoro byafasha.”

Undi ati “Paturuyi ishobora kugora, badushyiriraho amatara kuko umuntu iyo agiye kwiba yitwaza umwijima ni na wo ubafasha kugira ngo bambure umuntu.”
Umuyobozi w’Akarere ka Kayonza, Nyemazi John Bosco yavuze ko icyifuzo cy’aba Bamotari kigiye gutekerezwaho kugira ngo gishyirwe mu bikorwa.

Yagize ati “Reka tubanze tugenzure niba ibyo bavuga ari ukuri tugishakire igisubizo. Nk’uko biteganyijwe hari gahunda yo gushyira amatara ku mihanda arimo aragenda ashyirwaho, ubwo n’ahandi na ho hazagerwaho muri ubwo buryo.”
Umuhanda Kabarondo-Rwinkwavu, werecyeza kuri Pariki y’Akagera, ukoreshwa n’ingeri z’abaturage, barimo abagenda n’amaguru, ibinyabiziga ariko ukagira ibice bimwe na bimwe bidatuwe bigizwe n’amashyamba.
