Harabura iminsi micye ngo Abanyarwanda n’Inshuti zabo binjire mu Cyumweru cyahariwe Kwibuka Jenoside Yakorewe Abatutsi. Minisitiri w’Ubumwe bw’Abanyarwanda n’Inshingano Mboneragihugu, Dr Bizimana Jean Damascène atangaza ko ibikorwa byo Kwibuka aho bizabera hose bitagomba kujya bitinda ngo birenze amasaha 2.

Yabivuze kuri iki Cyumweru tariki 03 Mata 2022 mu kiganiro yatanze kuri Televiziyo Rwanda, cyagarutse ku bikorwa biteganyijwe muri iki cyumweru cyo kwibuka ku nshuro ya 28 Jenoside Yakorewe Abatitsi kizatangira tariki 07 Mata 2022.

Yavuze ko gutangiza icyumweru cyo Kwibuka bizabera ku Rwibutso rwa Kigali ku Gisozi ndetse no mu Midugudu yose itandukanye guhera saa tatu za mu gitondo.

Abaturage bazitabira iki gikorwa ku rwego rw’Umudugudu, bazahabwa ikiganiro cyamaze kugezwa mu Turere, ubundi bungurane ibirekerezo kuri icyo kiganiro ndetse n’imiterere y’aho batuye mu rwego rwo kurwanya ingengabitekerezo ya Jenoside.

Ku isaaha ya saa sita z’amanywa kuri iyo tariki Indwi Mata, abaturage bose bazakurikira ubutumwa nyamukuru buzatambuka ku bitangazamakuru by’Igihugu, ubundi batahe.

Dr Bizimana Jean Damascène atangaza ko nta rugendo rwo Kwibuka [Walk to Remember] ruzabaho kubera ingamba zo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19.

Yagize ati “Turacyari mu bihe bya COVID-19 kandi iyo abantu bagenda bari hamwe baba beranye byagorana. Twasanze uyu mwaka urugendo rwo kwibuka twarwihorera.”

Naho ijoro ry’ikiriyo ryo rizaba ariko na ryo rizabera kuri Radiyo na Televiziyo by’Igihugu.

Ibikorwa byo Kwibuka Jenoside Yakorewe Abatutsi, bigiye kuba ku nshuro ya gatatu hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19 cyatumye bimwe mu bikorwa byari bisanzwe bikorwa bihagarara cyangwa bigakorwa mu bundi buryo.

Minisitiri Bizimana Jean Damascène avuga uyu mwaka, igikorwa cyo kwibukira ku nzibutso n’ahiciwe abantu bizakorwa ariko bigakorwa hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19.

Ati “Kureba umubare w’abagomba kujya ahibukorwa, ukubahirizwa, gusiga umwanya hagati y’aho bicaye, izo ngamba zose.”

Dr Bizimana uvuga ko kuri uyu wa Mbere amabwiriza yanditse azagezwa ku nzego z’ibanze, yavuze ko ibikorwa byo kwibuka aho bizabera hose bitagomba gutinda.

Ati “Turatanga inama ko kitarenza amasaha abiri kuko kibaye kirekire cyane hazamo ibindi bibazo, hazamo ikibazo cy’ihungabana, hazamo ibibazo byo gutinda ugasanga bigize n’ingaruka ku buzima bw’abantu, ni ngombwa ko kitarenza amasaha abiri.”

Dr Bizimana kandi yaboneye kwibutsa abaturarwanda kuzitabira ibi bikorwa byo kwibuka ari na ko banirinda ingengabitekerezo ya Jenoside ndetse bakanarwanya aho bayibona hose.
