Menya ahafatiwe ukekwaho kwiba sebuja amadolari y’agaciro ka Miliyoni 22Frw n’icyo yakoraga

Umusore w’imyaka 24 y’amavuko ukekwako kwiba sebuja amadolari ibihumbi 17 $ [arenga miliyoni 22 Frw] mu Karere ka Gasabo mu Mujyi wa Kigali, yafatiwe mu Karere ka Musanze mu Ntara y’Amajyaruguru, ari mu biro by’ivunjisha.

Uyu musore ukekwaho kwiba 17 200 USD na 2 200 Frw, yafahwe kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 19 Nzeri 2024 ubwo yari mu biro by’ivunjisha, ari kuvunjisha aya madolari.

Umuvugizi wa Polisi y’u Rwanda, mu Ntara y’Amajyaruguru, SP Jean Bosco Mwiseneza, yavuze ko uyu musore yafashwe nyuma y’amakuru yatanzwe n’umuturage.

Yavuze ko ku mugoroba wo ku wa Gatatu tariki 18 Nzeri, umukoresha w’uyu musore ukekwaho kumwiba, ari bwo yatanze ikirego ko yibwe ariya mafaranga n’uyu musore wamukoreraga agatita atoroka.

Ati “Mu gitondo cyo kuri uyu wa Kane, ahagana ku isaha ya saa tatu n’igice, yaje gufatirwa ku biro by’ivunjisha mu Karere ka Musanze, amaze kohereza kuri konti ye ya banki, Frw12 680 000 asigaranye miliyoni 1Frw yari agifite mu gakapu.”

Uyu musore yahise ashyikirizwa Urwego rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB), kimwe n’amafaranga yose yafatanywe, ubu akaba cumbikiwe kuri sitasiyo ya Remera, kugira ngo hakomeze iperereza kuri iki cyaha cy’ubujura akurikiranyweho.

Itegeko no.68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange, ingingo ya 166 ivuga ko  Umuntu wese uhamijwe n’urukiko icyaha cyo kwiba, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’umwaka umwe (1) ariko kitarenze imyaka ibiri (2), ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi ya miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni ebyiri (2.000.000 FRW), imirimo y’inyungu rusange mu gihe cy’amezi atandatu (6) cyangwa kimwe gusa muri ibyo bihano.
