Menya uko Abanyarwanda baherutse gukomereketswa n’imbogo zari zatorotse Pariki bamerewe

Icyumweru kigiye kuzura imbogo zirindwi zitorotse Pariki y’Igihugu y’Ibirunga, zigakomeretsa abantu umunani mu Karere ka Burera, barimo umwe ukirembye ari na we wakomeretse cyane, mu gihe abandi bose basezerewe n’Ibitaro bari bajyanywemo.

Izi nyamaswa zatorotse Pariki y’Ibirunga mu mpera z’icyumweru gishize, mu gitondo cyo ku wa Gatandatu tariki 18 Gicurasi 2024, zagiye zisagarira abo zasangaga mu nzira bose, bamwe zirabakomeretsa.

Izi mbogo zasagariye abantu biganjemo abo mu Murenge wa Gahunda na Rugarama mu Karere ka Burera, ndetse bamwe bajyanwa mu Bitaro bya Ruhengeri nyuma y’uko zibakomerekeje.

Ebyiri muzi izi mbogo, na zo zishwe n’abaturage mu gihe indi imwe yarashwe igapfa, izindi zikaza gusubizwa muri Pariki nyuma yo kuzishakisha.

Umuyobozi Wungirije w’Ibitaro bya Ruhengeri, Dr. Aimé Dieudonné Hirwa, yavuze ko mu bantu umunani bakomerekejwe n’izi mbogo, umwe ari we ukiri mu Bitaro, ari na we wari wakomeretse cyane, mu gihe abandi bari bakomeretse byoroheje.

Avuga ko hari abakomeretse kubera guhutazwa n’izi nyamaswa bakikubita hasi, n’abandi bikubitaga hasi bazihunga, ku buryo batari bafite ikibazo gikomeye.

Yagize ati “Abo bose uko bagera kuri barindwi twarabavuye bagenda boroherwa ndetse baranasezererwa uretse umwe dusigaranye ari na we wakomerekejwe n’ihembe ry’imbogo yamujombye mu nda no mu itako.”

Uwayisenga yarabazwe

Uwakomeretse cyane ni Uwayisenga David w’imyaka 17 wakubiswe ihembe n’imbogo ubwo yasohokaga mu gitondo agiye ku bwiherero.

Dr. Aimé avuga ko uyu musore ukiri mu Bitaro, yanakorewe ubuvuzi bwihariye kuko yari yakomeretse ahantu habi.

Ati “Byabaye ngombwa ko abagwa, ubu arimo gukurikiranirwa muri serivisi z’abarwayi b’indembe, gusa hari icyizere ko mu minsi nk’ibiri cyangwa itatu azaba yahavanywe kuko bigaragara ko agenda yoroherwa akaba yazanataha nyuma yahoo.”

Nsekanabo Ernest, umubyeyi w’uyu musore ukiri mu Bitaro; avuga ko ubwo bamujyanaga kwa muganga bari bazi ko yashizemo umwuka, ariko ko uko amerewe ubu bitanga icyizere.

Ati “Nari narize amarira yankamyemo, kuko natekerezaga ko yapfuye. Kumuzana aha nibwiraga ko ari nko kurangiza umuhango w’ibyo tumenyereye by’uko umurambo w’umuntu wese upfuye babanza kuwuzana ku Bitaro ngo ukorerwe isuzuma. Sinatekerezaga ko nakongera kumubona ahumeka umwuka w’abazima.”

Nsekanabo avuga ko umuhungu we yatewe ihembe n’imbogo, ubwo yirukaga ajya kureba ibibaye nyuma yo kumva abaturage bavuza induru bakibona iyi nyamaswa, na we akiruka agana aho bayivugirizaga, akaza gukubitana na yo ari bwo yamukubitaga ihembe mu nda no ku itako.
