P.Kagame yahishuye ikiganiro yagiranye n’umuyobozi ukomeye bahuriye mu nama akamubwira ko atazikingiza COVID-19

Perezida Paul Kagame yavuze ko hari umwe mu bayobozi mu Gihugu cyo hanze bahuriye mu nama, akamubwira ko adateganya kwikingiza COVID-19, ariko akamuha igisubizo kimwereka ko atashishoje.

Perezida Paul Kagame yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 25 Kanama 2022 ubwo yatangiraga uruzinduko rwo gusura abaturage yatangiriye mu Karere ka Ruhango.

Ni uruzinduko rubaye nyuma y’imyaka ikabakaba itatu ku Isi hadutse icyorezo cya COVID-19 cyatumye abantu badahurira hamwe nkuku yahuye n’Abanyaruhango bakagirana ikiganiro.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yaboneyeho gushimira abaturarwanda kuba barumviye inzego bwite za Leta ku mabwiriza zashyizeho yo kwirinda iki cyorezo.

Ati “Abantu barumviye icyo gihe. Dukora ibishoboka byose, nanone ariko hari abacu iki cyorezo cyahitanye batari bacye, ibyo ntakundi twari kubigenza.”

Yakomeje avuga ko n’aho urukingo rw’iki cyorezo rubonekeye, na bwo abaturarwanda babyitwayemo neza kuko bitabiriye gahunda y’ikingira.

Ati “Ni byo navugaga nabashimira kuko ahandi urukingo rwarabonetse abenshi bararwanga, haza ibintu bizana amagambo ko urwo rukingo rufite ibindi bintu byihishemo, abantu ntibarukozwe, abandi ku Isi barabyanze pe ariko hano mu Rwanda twasobanuriye abantu bahera ko babyumva.”

Yavuze kandi ko iyi myumvire yo kwanga urukingo mu Bihugu bimwe itari ifitwe n’abaturage gusa kuko hari n’abayobozi barwanze barimo n’uwo bahuriye mu nama akabimwerurira.

Ati “Twarahuye njye mubwira ko nakingiwe, arambwira ngo we ntabwo arakingirwa kandi nta nubwo ari hafi gukingirwa, ariko ku bw’ibyago ubwo akaba ambwira ko amaze iminsi nk’ibiri atakaje abavandimwe be bishwe na COVID, ndamubaza nti ‘ese bite, kugira ngo ube udashaka gukingirwa kandi umbwira ko hari abavandimwe bawe bazize COVID, bite?’ ati ‘njye mfite abantu bafite ubumenyi buhanitse bambwiye ko ruriya rukingo rurimo ibintu bidasobanutse bishobora kugirira abantu nabi’…

Ndamubaza nti ‘kugirira abantu nabi uwo mwanya, cyangwa mu myaka ingahe?’ ati ‘mu myaka nka 15, 20, 30u utangira kubona’…ndamubwira nti ‘ufite ubwoba bw’ibizaza mu myaka 20 kandi hari ikiguhitana uwo munsi?’ ndamubwira nti ‘njyewe naremeye barankingira kuko nashaka kwirinda iby’uwo munsi, iby’icyo cyumweru nk’ibyahitanye abavandimwe bawe, naho ibizaza mu myaka 20 ubwo Sakindi izaba ibyara ikindi’.”

Perezida Kagame avuga ko ikibazo u Rwanda rwari rufite, cyari ukubona inkingo zikenewe aho kuba abantu bakwanga kwikingiza.

Yavuze ko abanze kwitabira iyi gahunda ari bacye barimo n’abahungiye mu Bihugu by’ibituranyi ariko ko Leta y’u Rwanda itabareye aho kuko yabakurikiranye igakorana n’ibyo Bihugu bahungiyemo kugira ngo bagaruke mu Gihugu cyabo ndetse nibinaba ngombwa babareke badakingiwe ariko bari mu Gihugu cyabo.

Ati “Ariko aho bagarukiye twarabasobanuriye, bahera ko bakingirwa barabyemera, ubu baracyategereje ingaruka zabyo, ariko basimbutse ingaruka zo kudakingirwa.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda yavuze ko impamvu yagarutse kuri iyi ngingo ari ukugaragaza ko Abanyarwanda bafite imyumvire myiza yo kumva vuba kandi bakumva ibibafitiye inyungu.
