Perezida Paul Kagame yahaye imbabazi Dr Pierre Damien Habumuremyi wigeze kuba Minisitiri w’Intebe ubu wari ufunze yarahamijwe icyaha cyo gutanga Sheki zitazigamiye ariko Urukiko rukaba rwari ruherutse kumugabanyiriza igihe yagombaga kuzamara muri Gereza.

 

Ibi bikubiye mu byemezo by’Inama y’Abaminisitiri yateranye kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 13 Ukwakira 2021 iyobowe na Perezida Paul Kagame.

 

Umwanzuro wa gatatu ugira uti “Ashingiye ku bubasha ahabwa n’amategeko, Perezida wa Repubulika yahaye imbabazi Pierre Damien Habumuremyi.”

Dr Pierre Damien ahawe imbabazi na Perezida Kagame nyuma y’igihe gito Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Nyarugenge rumugabanyirije igihe yagombaga kuzama muri Gereza.

 

Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Nyarugenge yari yajuririye igihano cyo gufungwa imyaka itatu yafatiwe n’urw’Ibanze rwa Nyarugenge, rwagumishijeho igihano cy’igifungo cy’imyaka itatu ariko rusubika umwaka umwe n’amezi atatu yari asigaye.

 

 

Dukurikije igihe yari amaze muri Gereza, Dr Damien Habumuremyi yagombaga kuzafungurwa muri Werurwe umwaka utaha wa 2022.

Urukiko rw’Ibanze rwa Nyarugenge rwamuhamije icyaha cyo gutanga sheki zitazigamiye, rumuhanisha igifungo cy’imyaka itatu n’ihazabu ya miliyoni 892,2Frw.

Ni na cyo gihano cyagumishijweho n’Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Nyarugenge ariko rutegeka ko muri gihano cy’igifungo, asubikiwemo umwaka n’amezi atatu.

 

Dr Pierre Damien Habumuremyi wabaye Minisitiri w’Intebe, yari yatawe muri yombi ku wa 03 Nyakanga 2020, bivuze ko yari amaze amezi 15 muri gereza.
