RDF yemeje ko umusirikare bikekwa ko ari uwa FARDC yarasiwe mu Rwanda

Ubuyobozi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda bwatangaje ko umusirikare bikekwa ko ari uw’Igisirikare cya Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo (FARDC) yarasiwe ku butaka bw’u Rwanda ubwo yinjiriraga ku mupaka uzwi nka Petite Barrière arasa abasirikare b’u Rwanda, agahita ahasiga ubuzima.

Bikubiye mu itangazo ryashyizwe hanze kuri uyu wa Gatandatu tariki 19 Ugushyingo 2022, rivuga ko uyu musirikare yarashwe mu ijoro ryo kuri uyu wa Gatandatu ahagana saa saba z’ijoro.

Itangazo rya RDF rivuga ko uyu musirikare “utaramenyekana bikekwa ko ari uwa FARDC (Igisirikare cya DRC) yambutse umupaka uzwi nka petite barrière muri Rubavu, agatangira kurasa ku minara y’Ingabo z’u Rwanda. Yarashwe n’uburinzi bwa RDF mbere yuko agira uwo ahungabanya.”

RDF ivuga ko itsinda ry’ingabo rishinzwe kugenzura imipaka mu karere EJVM (Expanded Joint Verification Mechanism) ryamenyeshejwe iby’iki gikorwa hakaba hategerejwe iperereza kuri ibi bikorwa byo kuvogera umupaka.

Ubuyobozi bw’Ingabo z’u Rwanda busoza buhumuriza Abaturarwanda ko ubu umwuka umeze neza ku mupaka.
