Rusizi: Kubura udukingirizo bituma bamwe bishyira mu kaga bagakorera aho

Mu gihe urubyiruko rukangurirwa kumenya gukoresha agakingirizo neza hagamijwe guhangana n’ubwandu bushya bwiganje muri icyo cyiciro, hari bamwe bo mu bice byitaruye umujyi bavuga ko kubona agakingirizo byorohera abo mu gice cy’umujyi gusa mu gihe bo bibasaba gutegesha amafaranga 500 ngo batubone bigatuma hari abahitamo gukora imibonano mpuzabitsana idakingiye, icyakora  ubuyobozi bw’akarere ka Rusizi bukavuga ko mu mezi abiri iki kibazo cyizaba cyakemutse.

Mu gihe uru rubyiruko rusaba kwegerezwa udukingirizo mu byaro, Francine Mukakalisa ushinzwe imibereho myiza y’abaturage mu karere ka Rusizi wibutsa urubyiruko ko rutagakwiye kwishora mu busambanyi, ku rundi ruhande atanga icyizere ko mu mezi abairi iki kibazo kizaba cyakemutse.

Ati “Ni ikibazo tuzi, ariko  njyewe ubundi ntabwo nagahereye  ku gakingirizo, kuko urubyiruko ntirukwiye kwishora mu busambanyi, bakwiye kwifata kugeza igihe bashinze ingo. Ariko nyinye niba byanze ufite umurwayi aramurwaza, Twavuganye na NGO yitwa SFH Rwanda, itwemerera ko ahantu hose izahashyira udukingirizo. Batwijeje ko mu mezi abiri icyo kibazo kiraba cyakemutse kuko nanjye nagiye nkyumva mu mirenge yo mu cyaro”.

Mu gihe uru rubyiruko rugaragaza iki kibazo, imibare itangwa n’inzego z’umuzima mu Rwanda ivuga ko ruri mu byiciro byiganjemo ubwandu bushya , aho 35% by’ubwandu bushya bwa virusi itera SIDA buri mu rubyiruko ruri hagati y’imyaka 15 na 24, mu gihe ku minsi umwe abantu bagera ku 9 bandura iyi virusi mu Rwanda.

Urubyiruko rwo rukomeje kwigishwa uburyo rwakoresha neza udukingirizo
