Rwamagana: Ntibumva uko basabwa kugurira Leta imodoka kandi batayirusha amafaranga

Bamwe mu baturage bo mu Murenge wa Kigabiro mu Karere ka Rwamagana, ntibakozwa iby’amafaranga yasabwe buri rugo yo kugura imodoka y’umutekano, bakavuga ko batumva uko basabwa kugurira Leta igikoresho kandi batayirusha amikoro.

Amakuru yuko buri rugo rwo mu Murenge wa Kigabiro rwasabwe gutanga umusanzu, bamwe mu baturage bavuga ko bayamenyeye mu Nteko z’Abaturage kandi ko nta bushobozi bafite bwo gutanga ayo mafaranga.

Nubwo Umurenge uvuga ko byaturutse mu bitekerezo by’abaturage ku mikorere myizay’irondo, amakuru atangwa n’Ubuyobozi bw’Akarere ka Rwamagana yo aremeza ko byatewe n’ubujura bwakomejeje kujujubya ababaturage.

Umuyobozi w’Akarere, Mbonyumuvunyi Radjab yagize ati “Rero inama Njyanama y’Umurenge iraterana ku busabe bw’abo baturage benshi bavugaga ko ikibazo ko ari cyo babona cyafasha, Umurenge w’umujyi wa Kigabiro ibijyanye n’umutekano inama Njyanama iza kwemeza ko buri rugo rwagira umusanzu rutanga hakazagurwamo imodoka izajya ifasha mu kuzenguruka hose.”

Ni icymezo bamwe mu baturage babona ko kibabanganiye mu igenamigambi ryabo mu gihe hari izindi serivisi zibasaba amafaranga na yo ngo biba bigoranye kuyabona.

Gusa ngo ntibumva uko bagurira leta imodoka kandi isanganywe nyinshi
