Umugabo w’imyaka 38 y’amavuko wo mu Murenge wa Save mu Karere ka Gisagara, ukurikiranyweho kwica umwana we w’amezi umunani amukubise umwase mu mutwe, yavuze ko yashakaga kuwukubita umugore we bari bamaze gutongana, akamuhusha akawukubita umwana wabo mu gihorihori.

Uyu mugabo ukurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Huye, akekwaho gukora iki cyaha cyabereye mu Mudugudu wa Kinyonzwe mu Kagari ka Zivu, Umurenge wa Save mu Karere ka Gisagara.

Iki cyaha cyabaye mu ijoro ryo ku ya 09 Ugushyingo 2024, saa sita z’ijoro, ubwo umugore we yari atashye mu gicuku yasinze, ubundi bagatongana.

Mu ibazwa ry’uregwa, yavuze ko yatonganye n’umugore we amubaza impamvu yari atashye muri icyo gicuku yanasinze, ubundi bakanarwana.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko nyuma y’uku gutongana, umugore yasohotse akajya hanze, umugabo “akamusangayo akamukubita umwase ukamuhusha ugahamya umwana yari arimo konsa mu gihorihori.”

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu mugabo, icyaha akurikiranyweho kiramutse kimuhamye yahanishwa igihano cy’igifungo cya burundu, nk’uko biteganywa n’ingingo ya 107 y’Itegeko nº 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
