Umugore w’imyaka 39 wo mu murenge wa Ruhashya mu Karere ka Huye, ukurikiranyweho gusiga aziritse umwana we w’imyaka irindwi ku nkomangiro, yavuze ko yabitewe n’ubujura buvugwa kuri uyu mwana, aho yasize amuziritse ngo atajya kwiba.

Uyu mugore akurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Huye bwamaze kumuregera Urukiko Rwisumbuye rwa Huye.

Amakuru dukesha Ubushinjacyaha yatangajwe muri iki cyumweru, avuga ko iki cyaha gikurikiranywe kuri uyu mugore cyakozwe tariki 21 Ugushyingo 2024.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu mugore yatahuweho iki cyaha nyuma yuko “umuturanyi we yanyuraga iwe akumva umwana ari kurira, akica ingufuri agasanga umwana aziritse amaboko, amaguru no mu mavi ku nkomangiro.”

Ubushinjacyaha bukomeza bugira buti “Mu ibazwa rye, uregwa yemera icyaha. Asobanura ko yabitewe n’uko yari yibye avoka zo mu baturanyi, kandi ko asanzwe yiba akamurihira, abisabira imbabazi.”

 

ICYO ITEGEKO RITEGANYA

Itegeko No 71/2018 ryo kuwa 31/08/2018 ryerekeye kurengera umwana

Ingingo ya 28: Guhoza umwana ku nkeke cyangwa kumuha ibihano biremereye

Bitabangamiye ibihano birushijeho gukomera biteganywa n’andi mategeko, umuntu wese uhoza umwana ku nkeke cyangwa umuha ibihano biremereye cyangwa bitesha agaciro harimo n’ibyo ku mubiri, aba akoze icyaha. Iyo abihamijwe n’urukiko, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka ibiri (2) ariko kitarenze imyaka itatu (3) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi y’ibihumbi magana abiri (200.000 FRW) ariko atarenze ibihumbi magana atatu (300.000 FRW).

Bitabangamiye ibihano birushijeho gukomera biteganywa n’andi mategeko, iyo icyaha kivugwa mu gika cya mbere cy’iyi ngingo kiviriyemo umwana ubumuga, igihano kiba igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka irindwi (7) ariko kitarenze imyaka icumi (10) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi ya miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni ebyiri (2.000.000 FRW).

Iyo icyaha kiviriyemo umwana urupfu, igihano kiba igifungo cya burundu.
