Uwabaye umuyobozi ukomeye muri Minisiteri akurikiranyweho gusambanya abakobwa

Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB rwataye muri yombi Ruvebana Antoine wabaye Umunyamabanga Uhoraho mu yahoze ari Minisiteri ishinzwe gucunga Ibiza n’Impunzi (MIDIMAR), kubera ibyaha byo gufata abakobwa ku ngufu akurikiranyweho.

Umuvugizi w’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB, Dr Murangira B. Thierry yemereye Ikinyamakuru Igihe ko Ruvebana Antoine ari mu maboko y’uru rwego akaba afungiye kuri station ya Kicukiro.

Dr Murangira Thierry yatangaje ko Ruvebana akurikiranyweho “icyaha cyo gufata abakobwa ku ngufu.”

Ruvebana wabaye Umunyamabanga Uhoraho mu yahoze ari MIDIMAR mu gihe cy’imyaka itanu; kuva muri 2012 kugeza muri 2017.

Akekwaho gusambanya ku ngufu abakobwa benshi mu bihe bitandukanye abashukishije ibintu binyuranye birimo ibikoresho bisanzwe bikenerwa mu buzima bwa buri munsi.

Amakuru avuga ko amaze iminsi 11 atawe muri yombi kuko yafashwe tariki 11 Ukuboza 2021 nyuma y’uko yari amaze iminsi avugwaho ibi byaha bikomeye akekwaho

Ikinyamakuru Igihe kivuga ko biriya byaha akekwaho byakozwe hagati ya 2003 na 2006 ndetse ko bamwe mu bakobwa babikorewe bari bataruzuza imyaka y’ubukure.

Icyaha cyo gusambanya abana kiri mu byaha byashyizwe mu bikomeye kikaba kidasaza ku buryo ugikekwaho igihe cyose aba ashobora kugikurikiranwaho mu nkiko.

Uzwi mu bakurikiranyweho icyaha nk’iki bikekwa ko cyabaye mu bihe byatambutse ni Dr Christopher Kayumba wabaye umwarimu muri Kaminuza y’u Rwanda, wafatiwe icyemezo cyo gufungwa by’agateganyo iminsi 30 kubera ibyaha akurikiranyweho.

Dr Christopher Kayumva ukurikiranyweho icyaha cyo gukoresha undi imibonano mpuzabitsina ku gahato, ashinjwa kuba yarasambanyije inshuro nyinshi uwari umukozi we wo mu rugo muri 2012.
