Uwashinjwaga gutuma imiryango y’abana 10 itahamo amarira yakatiwe igihano cyumvikanamo inyoroshyo

Umugabo wari kumwe n’abana 10 baherutse kurohama muri Nyabarongo mu Karere ka Muhanga, bakitaba Imana, yahamijwe icyaha, akatirwa gufungwa umwaka umwe n’ihazabu ya 500 000Frw.

Ndababonye Jean Pierre yahamijwe icyaha cyo kwica bidaturutse ku bushake, gisanzwe gihanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’amezi atandatu ariko kitarenze imyaka ibiri n’ihazabu iri hagati y’ibihumbi 500 Frw na miliyoni 2 Frw, cyangwa kimwe muri ibi.

Mu rubanza rwabaye mu cyumweru gishize tariki 08 Kanama, Ubushinjacyaha bwari bwasabiye Ndababonye gufungwa imyaka ibiri no gutanga ihazabu ya miliyoni 2 Frw.

Urukiko rw’Ibanze rwa Nyamabuye rwasomye icyemezo cyarwo ku ya 15 Kanama 2023, rwahamije uregwa icyaha cyo kwica bidaturutse ku bushake, rumukatira gufungwa umwaka umwe no gutanga ihazabu y’ibihumbi 500 Frw.

Urukiko rwashingiye ku buhamya bwagaragajwe n’Ubushinjacyaha, burimo ubwatanzwe na bamwe mu bana bari kumwe na ba nyakwigendera mu bwato barokotse iriya mpanuka yabaye tariki 17 Nyakanga 2023.

Ubushinjacyaha bwari bwagaragaje ko uyu mugabo yajyanye mu bwato abana 13 nyamara bari bamubwiye ko butagomba kurenza abantu batatu ariko akinangira.

Hatanzwe ubuhamya ko ubu bwato bwageze mu mazi hagati bugatangira kwinjiramo amazi kuko bwari bwarapfumutse, bukanaremererwa ari na byo byatumye burohama, bugahitana bariya bana.

Uregwa we yisobanuraga avuga ko abana bagezemo hagati bagatangira gukinira mu bwato bigatuma buta umurongo ari na bwo bwarohamye. Iyi mvugo yababaje Ubushinjacyaha, bwahise busaba Urukiko kubitesha agaciro.
