Ibyagaragaye mu iperereza ku bakozi ba RBC baregwa muri dosiye ya Miliyoni 48Frw

Abakozi babiri b’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ubuzima RBC na rwiyemezamirimo umwe, bari mu maboko y’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha RIB, bakurikiranyweho ibyaha bifitanye isano no kunyereza Miliyoni 48 Frw, nyuma yuko iperereza ry’ibanze rigaragaje imikorere y’ibi byaha.

Abari mu maboko ya RIB, barimo Umukozi ushinzwe Ikoranabuhanga muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima, Uwawe Olivier ndetse n’Umukozi ushinzwe Imari muri RBC, Bicamumpaka Jean Pierre, bombi bari muri komite ishinzwe kwemeza no kwakira ibyaguzwe na RBC.

Aba kandi bakurikiranywe muri dosiye imwe na rwiyemezamirimo Mugisha Emmanuel usanzwe afite Kompanyi y’ubucuruzi yitwa Paramount Company, icuruza ibikoresho by’ikoranabuhanga.

Umuvugizi wa RIB, Dr Murangira B. Thierry wemeje ifungwa ry’aba bakozi, yatangaje ko batawe muri yombi mu cyumweru gishize, tariki 06 Ukwakira, bakurikiranyweho icyaha cyo gusaha, kwakira no gutanga indonke, ndetse n’icyaha cyo gukora cyangwa gukoresha inyandiko itavugisha ukuri.

Dr Murangira avuga ko mu iperereza ry’ibanze kuri aba bantu, byagaragaye ko bariya bakozi mu rwego rwa Leta, bafatanyije n’uriya rwiyemezamirimo wari watsindiye isoko ryo kugurisha ibikoresho by’Ikoranabuhanga, mu gutumbagiza amafaranga.

Yavuze ko iperereza ryagaragaje ko bafatanyije mu guhimba imibare-ndanga (Serial numbers) ya za mudasaobwa 71 ndetse na CPUs 25, bakagaragaza ko ibyo bikoresho byaguzwe byanakiriwe.

Byagaragaye ko bariya bakozi bemeje ko ibyo bikoresho byakiriwe byose kandi atari ukuri, ubundi uriya rwiyemezamirimo yishyuza Miliyoni 48,4 Frw kandi atari cyo giciro yagombaga kwishyurwa.

Nanone kandi iperereza ryagaragaje ko uriya rwiyemezamirimo yoherereza amafaranga ya ruswa bariya bakozi bari banasanzwe bagize Komite ishinzwe kwemeza no kwakira ibyaguzwe muri RBC.
