AMAKURU MASHYA: Hashyizweho amafaranga y’Ishuri ntarengwa mu yisumbuye yose

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yagennye amafaranga y’ishuri agomba kwishyurwa n’ababyeyi mu mashuri yisumbuye yose ya Leta, aho umunyeshuri wiga ataha azajya yishyirirwa ibihumbi 19Frw naho uwiga ataha akishyurirwa ibihumbi 85Frw.

Byatangajwe na Minisiteri y’Uburezi mu kiganiro n’itangazamakuru cyabaye kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 14 Nzeri 2022 cyagarutse ku ku mabwiriza ajyanye n’uruhare rw’ababyeyi mu burezi bw’abanyeshuri biga mu mashuri y’incuke, abanza n’ayisumbuye ya Leta n’akorana na Leta ku bw’amasezerano.

Minisiteri y’Uburezi yatangaje ko aya mabwiriza agomba gutangira kubahirizwa kuva mu gihembwe cya mbere cy’Umwaka w’amashuri wa 2022-2023 kizatangira tariki 26 Nzeri 2022.

Minisitiri w’Uburezi, Dr Uwamariya Valentine yatangaje ko amafaranga y’ishuri azajya yishyurwa mu mashuri yisumbuye ya Leta n’akorana na Leta ku bw’amasezerano, ku munyeshuri utaha azajya yishyirirwa 19 500 Frw naho uwita aba mu kigo akazajya yishyurirwa 85 000 Frw.

Yavuze ko Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yafashe iki cyemezo mu rwego rwo kurandura imikorere idahwitse ya bimwe mu bigo by’amashuri byazamuraga imisanzu y’abanyeshuri uko byishakiye ndetse bimwe bigashyiraho amafaranga ahanitse.

Minisiteri y’Uburezi kandi yagaragaje ibikoresho bigomba gutangwa n’ababyeyi, ivuga ko nta shuri ryemerewe gutuma abana ibikoresho bitatangajwe kuri uru rutonde.

Dr Uwamariya Valentine, yavuze ko hari ibigo by’amashuri byajyaga bituma abanyeshuri ibikoresho by’umurengera rimwe na rimwe bitari mu nyungu z’uburezi bw’umwana, bikabera umutwaro bamwe mu babyeyi.

Ni icyemezo gifashwe na Guverinoma y’u Rwanda nyuma yo kuzamura n’umushahara w’abarimu bigisha mu mashuri abanza n’ayisumbuye ya Leta.

Icyemezo cyo kuzamura imishahara y’abarimu cyatangiye kubahirizwa mu kwezi gushize kwa Kanama, kigena ko abarimu bigisha mu mashuri abanza (bafite A2) bongerewe umushahara ku rugero rwa 88%, naho abafite impamyabumenyi ya A0 (bigisha mu mashuri yisumbuye) bongerewe ku kigero cya 40%.

Umwarimu uhemberwa ku mpamyabumenyi ya A2, yatahanaga amafaranga 57 639 Frw ubu akaba yariyongereho 50 849, ni ukuvuga ko ubu ahembwa 108 488 Frw naho uhemberwa impamyabumenyi y’icyiciro cya kabiri cya kaminuza (A0) watahanaga 176 189 Frw akaba yarongereweho 70 195 ubu ahembwa 246 384 Frw.

Guverinoma y’u Rwanda, ivuga ko ibi byemezo byose bigamije kuzamura ireme ry’uburezi rifatwa nk’imvumba izatuma u Rwanda rugera ku ntego z’icyerekezo 2050.

Minisitiri w’Uburezi yavuze ko iki cyemezo kigamije kuburizamo izamurwa ry’amafaranga y’ishuri rya hato na hato
