Buri wese ni inshuti yawe, ni umuryango wawe- P.Kagame yeretse abo mu butabera icyabafasha mu nshingano

Perezida Paul Kagame yabwiye abakora mu butabera no mu bucamanza ko uko inzego zabo zibutsa abantu ko nta n’umwe uri hejuru y’itegeko, na bo bagomba kuzirikana ko iri hame ribareba, kandi bakirinda ikimenyane n’ikenewabo. Ati “buri wese ni inshuti yawe, buri wese ni umuryango wawe.”

Perezida Kagame yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Kabiri tariki 14 Ugushyingo 2023 ubwo yakiraga indahiro z’abayobozi baherutse gushyirwa mu nshingano, barimo Abacamanza b’Urukiko rw’Ikirenga, urw’Ubujurire n’Urukuru ndetse n’Umunyamabanga Mukuru Wungirije wa RIB.

Umukuru w’u Rwanda, yibukije abarahiriye izi nshingano nshya, ko bagomba kuzirikana indahiro baba barahiriye imbere y’Abanyarwanda.

Ati “Ibiba bikubiye muri iyo ndahiro biguha inshingano, bitwibutsa akazi karemereye tuba dufitiye Igihugu cyacu mu nzego zo hejuru ndetse no mu zindi nzego zibanza dukorera twese.”

Umukuru w’u Rwanda avuga ko urwego rw’Ubucamanza n’urw’Ubutabera, zifatiye runini Abaturarwanda kuko ziri mu zituma babona ubutabera.

Ati “Ubutabera ni ngombwa kuri buri muntu wese, icyo binatubwira ni uko mbere y’amategeko mu butabera twese dukwiriye kuba tungana ku buryo ntawurenga amategeko kugira ngo ubutabera bushoboke.

Abantu baba bashinzwe imirimo nk’iyo mugomba gukurikirana kugira ngo ibyo byose bigerweho, ni akazi karemereye byo mu buryo budasubirwaho.”

Perezida Kagame yavuze ko izi nzego zibutsa Abaturarwanda bose ko nta n’umwe uri hejuru y’itegeko, ariko ko na bo bakwiye kwibuka ko iri hame ribareba.

Ati “Ndetse na bo ubwabo ntawuri hejuru y’amategeko. Mu gutanga ubutabera mu nzego zose cyangwa buri wese, icyo mugomba kukibuka. Ibindi rero byaba ari politiki mbi cyangwa imigirire mibi, ibyo ni uguhora tubwirwanya uko biba bikwiye. Iyo ufite ubushobozi nk’ubwo aho ari wowe uca urubanza, ari wowe ukurikirana ibyaha, ari wowe ubigenzura uko bikwiye, ugomba kuba ari we wa mbere mu kugaragaza ko ubyubahiriza.”

Yakomeje agira ati “Ntabwo wajya guca urubanza cyangwa ibindi bikurikirana gushyira ibintu mu bikorwa, ngo bibe inyungu zawe cyangwa inshuti zawe cyangwa iz’umuryango wawe, ngo abe ari ho uhera, kuko muri izi nzego buri wese ni inshuti yawe, buri wese ni umuryango wawe, ni byo byatuma iyo ubireba utyo biduha abantu ko baringanira imbere y’amategeko cyangwa mu kugezwaho mu butabera.”

Perezida Kagame yavuze kandi ko ibi binareba n’abakora mu zindi nzego, ko bakwiye guhora iteka bakora bazirikana ko bakorera Abanyarwanda.

Abarahiye kujya mu nshingano, ni Jean Bosco Kazungu na Isabelle Kalihangabo; bagizwe Abacamanza mu Rukiko rw’Ikirenga, hakaba Xavier Ndahayo na Angeline Rutazana; bagizwe Abacamanza mu Rukiko rw’Ubujurire.

Hari kandi Jean Pierre Habarurema, wagizwe Perezida Perezida w’Urukiko Rukuru, na Consolée Kamarampaka wagizwe Umunyamabanga Mukuru Wungirije w’Urwego rw’Igihugu rw’Ubugenzacyaha (RIB).
