Huye: Umugabo akurikiranyweho kwica ateye icyuma mugenzi we bapfuye indaya

Umugabo w’imyaka 30 y’amavuko akurikiranyweho kwica mugenzi we w’imyaka 18 bapfuye umukobwa ukora akazi ko kwicuruza [Indaya] aho byabereye mu Murenge wa Huye mu Karere ka Huye.

Uyu mugabo ukekwaho kwica mugenzi we amuteye icyuma mu gatuza, akurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha bumurega icyaha cyo kwica.

Iko cyaha cyabaye ku wa 07 Mutarama 2022 mu gihe cya saa yine z’ijoro mu Mudugudu w’Agacyamu, Akagari ka Rukira, Umurenge wa Huye ho mu Karere ka Huye.

Iperereza rigaragaza ko uyu mugabo yishe mugenzi we bapfuye umukobwa w’indaya yashakaga gutahana bakamwangira.

Mu ibazwa rye, ukekwaho icyaha yemera ko ari we wamuteye icyuma nyuma y’uko bashwanye bapfuye indaya yashakaga gutahana bakamwangira n’inzoga yari yanyoye.

Icyaha akurikiranyweho kiramutse kimuhamye yahanishwa  igifungo cya burundu, nk’uko giteganywa  kandi kigahanishwa ingingo ya 107 y’Itegeko nº 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
