Ishyaka PDI ryasezeranyine FPR-Inkotanyi gukomeza kuyishyigikira no gukorana

Ishyaka Ntangarugero muri Demokarasi PDI ryizihije imyaka 30 rimaze ribayeho rivuga ko rizakomeza gushyigikira Politiki nziza ya FPR-Inkotanyi no gukomeza gukorana mu kwimakaza imiyoborere na Demokarasi bitagira uwo biheza.

Ishyaka PDI ryashinzwe ku itariki 30 Ugushyingo 1991, rikaba ryari rifite intego yo guharanira uburenganzira bw’abantu batari babufite muri icyo gihe, harimo n’Umuryango w’Abayisilamu mu Rwanda icyo gihe, kuko bakorerwaga ivangura, bakanamwa uburenganzira bw’ibanze n’ubutegetsi bwariho icyo gihe.

Mu kwizahiza imyaka 30 ishize ishyaka PDI rivutse, mu birori byabaye tariki 30 Ugushyingo 2021, abanyamuryango baryo bafashe umwanya wo kuzirikana inzirakarengane zishwe muri Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi mu 1994. Ibirori byo kwizihiza iyo sabukuru bikaba byabereye i Kigali.

Umuyobozi w’ishyaka rya PDI , Mussa Fazil Harerimana, abashinze iryo shyaka ndetse na komite ihagarariye abanyamuryango, harimo n’abadepite, bashimye uruhare rw’Umuryango RPF-Inkotanyi (RPF), uyoboye igihugu guhera mu 1994, ukaba wari ufite icyerekezo cyo kubohora Abanyarwanda no kubahuza.

Harerimana yavuze ko intego ya PDI yabaye guteza imbere demokarasi y’intangarugero, gushyira imbere inyungu z’igihugu, gukorana neza n’andi mashyaka ya politiki mu bitekerezo n’ibyemezo bya politiki bigize ijwi rihuriweho rivugira Abanyarwanda.

Mussa Fazil Harerimana, yashimiye abashinze ishyaka rya PDI, kubera umuhati bagaragaje mu kurwanya imiyoborere mibi, kandi kurwanya imiyoborere mibi ikaba yari intego y’Ubuyobozi bwa RPF, yahagaritse Jenoside, n’imyoborere yo guca ibice mu baturage byaranze ubutegetsi bubi bwayibanjirije.

Harerimana ati “Twe ntidushyigikira politiki zibiba amacakubiri mu bantu, kandi ntidushyigikira abantu bitwaza ubwisanzure bw’itangazamakuru no kuvuga ibyo umuntu ashaka, ngo basenye iki gihugu.”

Harerimana yavuze ishyaka PDI rizakomeza gahunda yaryo yo kuvuga ukuri n’iyo haba hari ibintu bikomeye cyane, nkuko byagaragaye no mu gihe cya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi. Kandi PDI izakomeza gukorana na RPF iri ku buyobozi bw’u Rwanda muri iki gihe.

Yagize ati “Aho duhagaze, byagaragaye mu 2003, igihe cyo kuvugurura itegeko nshinga , no kungera igihe cya Manda y’umukuru w’igihugu. Twashyigikiye icyo gitekerezo, kuko turi urugero rw’abantu baharanira demokarasi, no guhitamo umuyobozi w’igihugu ukwiriye, ukurikije amateka ye mu bijyanye n’ubuyobozi ndetse n’ubushobozi.”

Mu rwego rwo kwizihiza iyo sabukuru y’imyaka 30 PDI imaze ishinzwe kandi, Abanyamuryango ba PDI basuye urwibutso rwa Jenoside ku i Rebero (Rebero Genocide memorial site) ndetse banasura Inzu ndangamurage y’amateka y’urugamba rwo guhagarika Jenoside ( Museum on the Campaign against Genocide), iyo nzu ikaba iherereye ku Nteko ishinga amategeko y’u Rwanda.
