Kayonza: Urutonde rw’abakwiye inkunga ya Leta rwagaragayeho abatunguranye

Ikibazo nk’iki, si aha cyumvikanye gusa kuko giherutse no kumvikana mu itangazamakuru mu Karere ka Rusizi, aho ushinzwe imibereho myiza mu Kagari n’umukozi ushinzwe Ubuhinzi mu Mumurenge bari baje ku rutonde nk’uru.
