Umukobwa w’imyaka 20 y’amavuko wo mu Murenge wa Rutunga mu Karere ka Gasabo, ukekwaho kubyara umwana akamuta mu musarani, yisobanura avuga ko atabikoze ku bushake, ngo kuko yagiye kwiherera akumva umwana aramucitse ava mu nda, ahita ajya kwiryamira.

Uyu mukobwa ukurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Gasabo, akekwaho ubwinjiracyaha mu cyaha cyo kwica umwana yibyariye.

Ni icyaha cyabereye mu Mudugudu wa Kamusengo mu Kagari ka Indatemwa mu Murenge wa Rutunga, tariki 11 Ukwakira 2023 mu gitondo cya kare saa kumi n’imwe (05:00’).

Uyu mukobwa yatahuwe ubwo hari umuturanyi baba mu gipangu kimwe wari ujyiye mu bwiherero, akumva umwana ari kurira, agahita atabaza abaturanyi bagahita bakeka uwo mukobwa kuko bari bazi ko asanzwe atwite.

Ubwo abaturanyi bahageraga ndetse n’inzego z’ibanze, babajije uyu mukobwa, ntiyabaruhanya, ahita asobanura ko yari agiye mu bwiherero, akumva umwana aramanutse, ntiyabyitaho ahita ajya gukaraba ubundi ajya kuryama.

Ni mu gihe uyu mwana yahise atabarwa, kuko yakuwe mu musarani amazemo isaha, ndetse bagasanga agihumeka, ubu akaba ari kwitabwaho n’abaganga.

Ubushinjacyaha buvuga ko uyu mukobwa aramutse ahamwe n’icyaha, yahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka itanu (5) ariko kitarenze imyaka irindwi (7); hashingiwe ku ngingo ya 107 y’Itegeko nº 68/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 riteganya ibyaha n’ibihano muri rusange.
