Kigali: Uko byagendekeye uwakekwagaho kwica Sebuja wagiye kwerekana uko yabigenje agashaka gutoroka

Uwakekwagaho kwica umucuruzi yakoreraga wo mu Kagari ka Murama mu Murenge wa Kinyinya mu Karere ka Gasabo, yagerageje gutoroka Abapolisi yari agiye kwereka icyo yakoresheje muri ubu bugizi bwa nabi, bahita bamurasa.

Uwamahoro Liliane avuga ko uyu Ndungutse Wellars ubwo yari ageze mu gasantere kazwi nka Ntama ahakorewe iki cyaha, ari bwo yashatse gutoroka inzego.

Yagize ati “Uwo Ndungutse rero yazanye n’Abapolisi ageze hariya ashaka kwiruka ashaka gutoroka, baramurasa.”

Uyu Ndungutse wakekwagaho kwica Valens, yari yaje gukorera uyu yivuganye aturutse mu Murenge wa Kibagabaga mu Karere ka Gasabo, akaba yari amaze icyumweru kimwe akorera uwo yakekwagaho kwica.

Nsekanabo Valens wasanzwe yapfuye bikekwa ko yishwe n’uyu Ndungutse, yari asanzwe ari umucuruzi muri kariya gasantere ka Ntama aho bamusanze yapfiriye mu nzu yakoreragamo ubucuruzi bwe.

Umuyobozi w’Umudugudu wa Binunga, Nsabimana Sylvere yari yatangaje ko abishe uyu nyakwigendera bashobora kuba baramukubise ikintu mu mutwe kuko bamusanganye amaraso ku gice cy’umutwe.
