Kirehe: Umuyobozi aravugwaho gufatira icyemezo abashakanye batishimiye

Umukozi ushinzwe Iterambere n’Imibereho myiza mu Kagari ka Nyabikokora mu Murenge wa Kirehe mu Karere ka Kirehe, aravugwaho gutandukanya abashakanye ku cyiciro cy’Ubudehe, none umwe muri bo yabuze uko yishyura umusanzu wa Mutuelle de Sante.

Ati “Nagombaga kubishyurira noneho njye ndishyura, asigaye ngiye kuyatanga ku Irembo, bandebye muri mashini bati ‘ntabwo urimo’ bambwira ko nta cyiciro ngira ngo njye kwa Sosiyare bankosorere, ngezeyo arabyanga, arangije arambwira ngo maze imyaka ibiri ntagira icyiciro.”

Mukagasana Collette, SEDO w’aka  Kagari ka Nyabikokora yemereye RADIOTV10 ko ibyiciro bikoreshwa mu kwishyura ubwisungane mu kwivuza, yongeraho ko uyu muturage yamukuye ku kuba umukuru w’Umuryango atamukuye ku cyiciro cy’Ubudehe.

Ati “Yanze kwishyura ubwisungane mu kwivuza kandi kwishyura murabizi ko bigemdera ku cyiciro cy’ubudehe…nibyo bakoresha bishyura mituweri.”

Umuyobozi w’Akarere ka Kirehe, Rangira Bruno we avuga ko nta muturage ukwiye kubura serivisi kubera icyiciro cy’Ubudehe.

Ati “Ntabwo serivisi itangwa hakurikijwe icyiciro cy’ubudehe. Icyo tugiye kureba ni ukumenya tuti ese koko ikibazo cyabaye ikihe kugira ngo gikemurwe.”

Akomeza agira ati “Ubundi ibyo ni amakosa, abafite amakimbirane ntabwo bivuze guhita ukurwa ku cyiciro.”
