Abantu batandatu bo mu Karere ka Musanze barimo abagore bane, bakurikiranyweho guhohotera abacitse ku icumu rya Jenoside yakorewe Abatusi, aho bakekwaho ibikorwa birimo kubabwira amagambo asesereza, kubarandura imyaka no gutera amabuye ku ngo zabo.

Aba bantu barimo abagore bane n’abagabo babiri, bakurikiranywe n’Ubushinjacyaha ku Rwego Rwisumbuye rwa Musanze, aho ibyaha bakekwaho byakorewe mu Mudugudu wa Mata, Akagari ka Kibirizi, mu Murenge wa Gacaca mu Karere ka Musanze.

Ubushinjacyaha dukesha aya makuru, bugira buti “Nk’uko bisobanurwa n’abaturage ndetse n’Ubuyobozi bw’Inzego z’Ibanze, mu bihe bitandukanye aba baregwa bagiye babwira amagambo mabi asesereza abagore batatu bacitse ku icumu rya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi mu 1994 batujwe muri uwo Mudugudu, aho bababwiraga ko ari abakene batishoboye bananiranye; bigatuma Leta iza kubajugunya mu mudududu wa Mata.”

Ubushinjacyaha bukomeza bugira buti “Ibyo bikorwa byarakomeje bigera ubwo batangira kubarandurira imyaka no gutera amabuye mu ngo zabo, ndetse rimwe na rimwe abana babo na bo ku ishuri aho biga, bakabwirwa amagambo nk’ayo; cyangwa se bakabatangirira mu nzira batashye bagashaka kubagirira nabi.”

Iyo ahamijwe n’urukiko gukora kimwe mu bikorwa bivugwa mu gika cya mbere cy’iyi ngingo, ahanishwa igifungo kitari munsi y’imyaka itanu (5) ariko kitarenze imyaka irindwi (7) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda atari munsi y’ibihumbi magana atanu (500.000 FRW) ariko atarenze miliyoni imwe (1.000.000 FRW).
