Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga n’Ubutwererane, Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe, yagaragaje ko Ubutegetsi bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokarasi ya Congo bwari bukwiye guhagarika ibinyoma buhora bushinja u Rwanda, kuko amahanga yose abibona ko ari ibihimbano.

Minisitiri Nduhungirehe yabitangaje kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki 17 Gashyantare 2025 avuga ku birego by’ibinyoma ubutegetsi bwa Congo Kinshasa budahwema gushinja u Rwanda.

Yagarutse ku byakunze gutangazwa na Minisitiri w’Intebe wa DRC, Judith Suminwa mu bihe binyuranye asubiramo ibirego ko u Rwanda ruri inyuma y’ibibazo biri muri DRC.

Nduhungirehe yavuze ko “Mu by’ukuri, ni ngombwa ko igihe kimwe Minisitiri w’Intebe Judith Suminwa agomba guhagarika burundu” imvugo ze zisbasira u Rwanda, aho akunze kuvuga ngo “u Rwanda rwakoze ibi n’ibi.”

Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga w’u Rwanda, yavuze ko tariki 18 Ukwakira 2024, Minisitiri Suminwa yavugiye i Bruxelles mu Bubiligi, ko ngo “Ku nshuro ya mbere u Rwanda rwemereye i Luanda kugaragaza gahunda yo gucyura abasirikare barwo 4 000.”

Minisitiri Olivier Nduhungirehe ati “Mu by’ukuri ibi byagaragaye ko byari ikinyoma gikomeye.”

Akomeza agira ati “Ariko nanone tariki 15 Gashyantare i Addis Ababa, dore nanone Minisitiri w’Intebe yasubiriye, yongera kwemeza ko ‘izina ry’u Rwanda ryagaragajwe muri sale nk’umushotoranyi, ufite ingabo ku butaka bwa Congo.”

Akomeza agira ati “Ikindi kinyoma kigaragaza.

Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga, yagaragaje ko ubutegetsi bwa Congo bwari bukwiye guhagarika ibi binyoma, bidafite ikindi Gihugu na kimwe kibigarukaho.

Ati “Ku bw’impamvu zifatira, mu nama y’Abakuru b’Ibihugu na za Guverinoma y’Akanama gashinzwe amahoro n’Umutekano mu Afurika Yunze Ubumwe (CPS) yabereye i Addis Ababa tariki 14 Gashyantare 2025, nta Gihugu na kimwe uretse DRC, kigeze kivuga u Rwanda. Ndetse na Afurika y’Epfo ntiyigeze ibikora, ko M23 ifashwa n’ingabo zo hanze.”

Yakomeje agira ati “Byongeyeho kandi, Ibyemezo by’Inteko ya Afurika Yunze Ubumwe, byatowe nyuma y’amasaha (ariko Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga-uwa DRC-yari yasohotse muri sale) nta hantu na hamwe byigeze bivuga cyangwa ngo bisabe u Rwanda gukura ingabo zarwo muri DRC.”

Mu byemezo byose byagiye bifatirwa mu nama ziga ku bibazo by’umutekano biri mu burasirazuba bwa DRC, yaba iz’i Luanda muri Angola, n’iz’i Nairobi muri Kenya, nta na hamwe u Rwanda rwigeze rusabwa gucyura abasirikare barwo [kuko ntabariyo] ahubwo rwasabwaga gukuraho ingamba z’ubwirinzi rwakajije ku mupaka warwo na DRC nyuma yuko ubutegetsi bw’iki Gihugu bigaragaje ko bufite umugambi wo kurutera.
