Rusizi: Abatuye ku Kirwa barashinja umukire kubakorera ibidakwiye anabashyiraho iterabwoba

Bamwe mu batuye ku Kirwa cya Gihaya giherereye mu Kiyaga cya Kivu mu Murenge wa Gihundwe mu Karere ka Rusizi, baravuga ko umukire uri kuhubaka Hoteli, akomeje kubagurira ubutaka, kandi agasa nk’ubashyiraho iterabwoba kugira ngo abishyure amafaranga ashaka bo atabanyura.

Uyu muyobozi avuga ko ibyo kuba uyu mushoramari abwira abaturage ko nibanga amafaranga abaha ubutakaza buzafatwa na Leta, atari byo, ahubwo ko ari iterabwi.

Ati “Kubabwira ko Leta izahamuhera ubuntu ryaba ari iterabwoba kandi  nta muntu ufite ububasha bwo gutera undi ubwoba ngo amuhe umutungo we.”

Si ubwa mbere abaturage bo ku kirwa cya Gihaya bitaganyijwe ko cyizagenerwa ubukerarugendo baba batatse akarengane bakorerwa n’umushoramari uri kuhubaka hoteli, kuko no mu myaka ibiri ishize nabwo bigeze kumvikana bavuga iki kibazo.
