Rusizi: Uwafashwe mu gicuku avuye kwiba moto yanze kugorana avugisha ukuri

Umusore w’imyaka 23 y’amavuko wafatiwe mu Murenge wa Nyakabuye mu Karere ka Rusizi saa saba z’ijoro, ari gusunika moto yari yibye agiye kuyishakira umukiliya, ahita abwiza ukuri Polisi ko ari iyo yibye ndetse ko yari afite gahunda yo kuyishakira umukiliya.

Uyu musore witwa Jean w’Amour wafashwe mu mpera z’icyumweru twaraye dusoje, tariki 10 Ukuboza 2022, yafatiwe mu Mudugudu wa Ruguti mu Kagari ka Kamanu mu Murenge wa Nyakabuye.

Polisi y’u Rwanda ivuga ko uyu musore yari ari gusunika moto yo mu bwoko twa TVS ifite ibirango bya RF 342, nyuma yo kuyiba.

Ushinzwe guhuza ibikorwa bya Polisi n’abaturage mu Ntara y’Iburengerazuba, Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Mucyo Rukundo yavuze ko uyu ukekwaho kwiba moto, yafashwe saa saba z’ijoro ryo ku wa Gatanu rishyira ku wa Gatandatu.

Yagize ati “Twahawe amakuru n’umuturage wo mu Kagari ka Kamanu ko hari umuntu ugenda asunika moto bicyekwa ko ari iyo yibye. Polisi n’izindi nzego z’umutekano bihutiye kuhagera, moto irafatwa na nyirayo [uwayifatanywe] atabwa muri yombi.”
CIP Mucyo Rukundo yavuze ko uyu musore akimara gufatwa, yahise yemera ko ari iyo yibye mu rugo ruherereye mu Kagari ka Kiziba nyuma yuko nyirayo yari asize ayiparitse avuye mu kazi akajya kuryama, kandi ko yari afite gahunda yo kuyishakira umukiliya.
Nyuma yo gufashwa, uyu musore yahise ashyikirizwa Urwego rw’iIgihugu rw’ Ubugenzacyaha (RIB) rukorera kuri sitasiyo ya Nyakabuye kugira ngo iperereza rikomeze mu gihe moto yamaze gusubizwa nyirayo.

Ingingo ya 167: Impamvu nkomezacyaha ku cyaha cyo kwiba

Ibihano ku cyaha cyo kwiba byikuba kabiri (2) iyo:

1°  uwibye yakoresheje guca icyuho, kurira cyangwa yakoresheje igikoresho icyo aricyo cyose gifungura aho utemerewe kwinjira;

2°  kwiba byakozwe mu nzu ituwemo cyangwa isanzwe ibamo abantu cyangwa mu nyubako ziyikikije;

3°  kwiba byakozwe n’umukozi wa Leta yishingikirije imirimo ye cyangwa umuntu ushinzwe imirimo iyo ari yo yose ifitiye abaturage akamaro;

4°  uwakoze icyaha yiyitiriye izina cyangwa yitwaje ibimenyetso biranga umukozi wa Leta cyangwa by’umuntu ushinzwe umurimo rusange ufitiye abaturage akamaro abeshya ko yabitumwe n’urwego rwa Leta;

5°  kwiba byakozwe nijoro;

6°  kwiba byakozwe n’abantu barenze umwe (1).
