Rutsiro: Abari bagiye guhemba uwibarutse bakoze impanuka y’ubwato babiri bahita bapfa

Ubwato bwari butwaye abantu bari bagiye guhemba umubyeyi wibarutse, bwakoreye impanuka mu Kiyaga ya Kivu mu gice giherereye mu Kagari ka Remera mu Murenge wa Boneza mu Karere ka Rutsiro, yaguyemo abantu babiri, abandi batatu barabura.
